Linear moving bearing
A linear moving bearing, comprising: a retaining portion having at least one receiving chambers at lateral sides thereof; each receiving chamber being installed with at least one set of sliding track which is formed by two round rods; each of receiving chamber formed with two stop walls at an upper and lower ends of an opening of the receiving chamber; the stop walls serving to retain the round rods in the receiving chamber; each of the set of the sliding track resisting against a sliding rod so that the round rod being slidable along the sliding track. The stop walls are screwed or buckled to an upper and a lower end of a lateral wall aside the opening of the receiving chamber. The sliding rod has a sharp angle resists against a middle area between the two round rods of a set of the sliding track.
SEAT RAIL PAIR FOR A VEHICLE SEAT
A seat rail pair (1) for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, includes a lower rail (2) and an upper rail (4). The upper rail (4) is guided displaceably in the longitudinal direction relative to the lower rail (2). Profiles of the rails are mutually in engagement. The lower rail (2) has a substantially C-shaped profile (20, 22) with portions (24) bent downwards at the ends. The upper rail (4) has a substantially U-shaped profile (40, 42) with end portions (44) bent upwards. Rolling bodies (8a, 8b) are arranged in two lower rolling-body raceways (10a) and two upper rolling-body raceways (10b) between the lower rail (2) and the upper rail (4). A part of the end portions (44) making contact with the rolling bodies (8a) arranged in the lower rolling-body raceways (10a) has a flat supporting surface (46).
VEHICLE SEAT, IN PARTICULAR MOTOR VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat includes a seat part, a pivotable backrest, a lockable fitting connecting the backrest to the seat part for pivoting, a rail pair for seat longitudinal adjustment and a seat rail locking device. An additional rest lock includes a stop part rotationally fixed to the backrest, a retaining catch, a control lever and a control contour connected to a rail. The control contour acts on the control lever and the control lever acts on the retaining catch so these assume a different angular position in a seat access position than in a use position, such that the stop part pivots beyond the retaining catch in the use position, and the retaining catch prevents a pivoting beyond of the stop part in the access position. In the access position, the retaining catch is pivoted directly by a control catch to prevent a pivoting beyond of the stop part.
MOVEMENT ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM
In order to suppress a claustrophobic feeling that a person sitting on a rear seat receives due to a front seat, and to make the front seat easy to use as an ottoman by the person, a movement adjustment system is used for a passenger seat and a rear seat, and includes a slide rail for moving the rear seat in the front to back direction, and a control part for changing the movement region of the rear seat by the slide rail. The passenger seat has a seat cushion, and a seat back mounted to be changeable between an upright state and a lowered state with respect to the seat cushion. The control part changes the movement region so that the passenger seat and the rear seat can come closer when the seat back of the passenger seat is in the lowered state than in the upright state.
Adjusting device for longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat and method for assembly
An adjusting device for longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat comprises a lower rail 2 and a second rail 1 movably guided relative to the first rail. A first end stop 4 is supported on the second rail 1 or on the first rail 2 at a central position so as to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction, for defining the front end position and/or rear end position of the second rail 1 by cooperation with the first rail 2 or the second rail 1 and edges of a retainer cage 6 used for accommodating bearing members. According to the invention the total travel range of the adjusting device can be extended, because the central end stop can be displaced in longitudinal direction.
Device for longitudinal movement and adjustment of automotive vehicles seats
A device that enables the correct ergonomic adjustment, by means of preset longitudinal positions, of the advancement and retreat of the motor vehicles seats, to guarantee comfort and safety of the driver as well as of the passengers. The device is made up by two rails (special and differentiated profiles), the upper rail (1) having a flat base (10) with flaps at tangent arcs (11 to 15) and the lower base (2) having tangential curved flaps (21 to 27), being fit and inserted in the inner spaces of the flaps by bearing balls (3). It further includes stops (16 and 28) of longitudinal movement and a position lock (4) activated by a bi-articulated mechanism (5) through a tubular lever (6), with vertical activation.

Slide rail device for vehicle
In a slide rail device for use in a vehicle, a lock control member comprises a pair of facing walls which face a pair of side walls of an upper rail and extend in upward and downward direction, and a pair of anti-rattle projections which project from the pair of facing walls toward the pair of side walls of the upper rail.
Seat track
A seat track includes a stopper. The stopper includes a hole formed in a first rail and a stopper main body that projects in a direction of intersecting with a relative sliding direction of a second rail from an edge portion of the hole and is configured to restrict a move of a retainer. When a distance between centers of two steel balls disposed at both ends in the relative sliding direction of the second rail is L1 among steel balls and a distance between inner walls of the hole in the relative sliding direction of the second rail is L2, L1L2.
