LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTING DEVICE FOR THE MOTORIZED LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTMENT OF A VEHICLE SEAT, AND VEHICLE SEAT
A longitudinal adjusting device for the motorized longitudinal adjustment of a motor vehicle seat may have a first rail and a second rail. The device may also have a spindle gearbox, a spindle cooperating with the spindle gearbox for the longitudinal adjustment, and a mount for receiving the spindle gearbox. The spindle gearbox may be at least partly held in the inner channel so as to be fixed relative to the first rail. Laterally projecting protrusions of the holding legs of the mount, which legs may be each arranged in front of and behind the spindle gearbox in the longitudinal direction, engage through lateral openings in the first rail. An abutment device having a contact section may be arranged in the region of the lateral openings. The contact section contacts the holding leg arranged in the particular opening. A vehicle seat with the device is also provided.
Movement adjustment system
In order to suppress a claustrophobic feeling that a person sitting on a rear seat receives due to a front seat, and to make the front seat easy to use as an ottoman by the person, a movement adjustment system is used for a passenger seat and a rear seat, and includes a slide rail for moving the rear seat in the front to back direction, and a control part for changing the movement region of the rear seat by the slide rail. The passenger seat has a seat cushion, and a seat back mounted to be changeable between an upright state and a lowered state with respect to the seat cushion. The control part changes the movement region so that the passenger seat and the rear seat can come closer when the seat back of the passenger seat is in the lowered state than in the upright state.
SLIDING RAIL HAVING ENHANCED RIGIDITY MODULUS
A sliding rail having an enhanced rigidity modulus including an upper rail assembly, a lower rail assembly, and retainers is provided. The upper rail assembly is slidably arranged in a sliding groove in the lower rail assembly through a pair of retainers. First raised ribs and/or steel ball clamping grooves are arranged at intervals on surfaces of the retainers. A steel ball is mounted in the steel ball clamping groove. A supporting structure extending backwards in a length direction of the retainers is arranged at a rear end of each of the retainers. When the upper rail assembly slides backwards to the farthest stroke, the supporting structure provides longitudinal auxiliary support for a mid-rear section of the upper rail assembly, the supporting structure is in contact with the lower rail assembly, and a gap is reserved between the supporting structure and the upper rail assembly.
Track for seat
The present disclosure relates to a track for an automotive vehicle seat comprising: a first, upper, rail and a second, lower, rail mounted sliding relative to each other along a sliding axis, that define a cavity between them; a bolt comprising at least one locking member movable from a locked position in which the at least one locking member immobilizes the first rail and the second rail relative to each other, and an unlocked position and a guiding system for the at least one locking member between the first locked position and the second unlocked position, secured to the first, upper, rail, where the guiding system comprises an inner guide secured to the first rail at two anchoring points extending respectively the guide forming body above and below a guiding orifice.
MEMORY MODULE AND SEAT MOUNTING STRUCTURE WITH EASY ENTRY MODULE
A memory module includes a pressure tongue rotatably mounted on a fixed block through a reset spring providing a first driving force for rotation of the pressure tongue. A rotating block is rotatably mounted on a slider through a torsion spring providing a second driving force for rotation of the rotating block, and the slider is slidably mounted on a guide rail. When the rotating block projects forwards under the action of the second driving force, a locking block is inserted into a locking hole, and an upper retaining surface is separated from a first lower retaining point. When the pressure tonguepresses the rotating block downwards under the action of the first driving force to overcome the second driving force to force the rotating block to raise backwards, the locking block is separated from the locking hole, and the upper retaining surface is contact with the first lower retaining point.
Quick fitting and protection mechanism for wire harness in slide rail
A quick fitting and protection mechanism for a wire harness in a slide rail has a drag chain for the wire harness to be threaded through; a drag chain towing support connected to an upper slide rail and slidable in a slideway of a lower slide rail with the upper slide rail, where the drag chain towing support has a drag chain port, a wire harness outlet, and a first channel affording communication between the drag chain port and the wire harness outlet, where one end of the drag chain is connected to the drag chain port; a wire harness guide support having a wire harness entry, a wire harness exit, and a second channel affording communication between the wire harness entry and the wire harness exit, where the wire harness entry is in rotatable communication with the wire harness exit.
Rail and vehicle seat
A vehicle seat longitudinal adjuster (106) includes a seat track pair (1) with a lower seat track (2) and an upper seat track (4) that mutually engage one another for guided relative and longitudinal direction (x) movement. The lower seat track (2) has a substantially C-shaped profile (20, 22) with sections (24) that are bent downward at the ends. The upper seat track (4) has a substantially U-shaped profile (40, 42) with end sections (44) that are bent upward; the relative displaceability of the two seat tracks (2, 4) with respect to one another is limited by means of an interaction of an end stop (30) disposed on the lower seat track (2) with a stop element (48) disposed on the upper seat track (4), and wherein the end stop (30) is designed in the form of an extension of part of the downward bent sections (24) and the lower seat track (2) comprises a slotted hole (32) in the region of the end stop (30).
Quick Fitting and Protection Mechanism for Wire Harness in Slide Rail
A quick fitting and protection mechanism for a wire harness in a slide rail has a drag chain for the wire harness to be threaded through; a drag chain towing support connected to an upper slide rail and slidable in a slideway of a lower slide rail with the upper slide rail, where the drag chain towing support has a drag chain port, a wire harness outlet, and a first channel affording communication between the drag chain port and the wire harness outlet, where one end of the drag chain is connected to the drag chain port; a wire harness guide support having a wire harness entry, a wire harness exit, and a second channel affording communication between the wire harness entry and the wire harness exit.
Longitudinal adjuster and vehicle seat
A longitudinal adjuster for a vehicle seat may have at least one seat rail pair, which is formed from a lower seat rail and an upper seat rail, which is guided for sliding in the longitudinal direction relative to the lower seat rail. The two seat rails of the seat rail pair may engage around one another. The lower seat rail or the upper seat rail may have at least one opening. The at least one opening may have an opening cross-section, the two upper corner regions of which each have a curvature portion may have a radius which continuously changes of the course of the curvature portion. A vehicle seat with the adjuster is described.
