Guide device for guiding an adjustment movement of a vehicle seat
The invention relates to a guide device for guiding an adjustment movement of a vehicle seat, comprising a guide rail device and a slide rail device arranged to be displaceable in a longitudinal adjustment direction of the guide device, the slide rail device having a first stop element and a second stop element, an integral component being arranged between the slide rail device and the guide rail device which is divided into a first and a second section in the longitudinal direction of the guide device, the component being fixedly connected to the guide rail device by means of at least one connection element arranged in the first section, the second section of the component having at a first end a first stop element for one of the stop elements of the slide rail device and at a second end a second stop element for the other of the stop elements of the slide rail device.
Sliding device
One example of a sliding device that can sufficiently reduce a separation phenomenon is disclosed. The sliding device includes a fixed rail, a movable rail, a fixed-side hook, an engagement hook, and a reinforcing hook. The fixed rail is configured to be fixed to a vehicle. To the movable rail, the seat body is attachable. The movable rail is slidable with respect to the fixed rail. The fixed-side hook is configured to be fixed to the vehicle. The engagement hook is provided to the movable rail. The engagement hook is engageable with the fixed-side hook, and is formed by a first plate material curved approximately into a letter J or U shape. The reinforcing hook overlaps with the engagement hook in a thickness direction of the first plate material. The reinforcing hook is formed by a second plate material curved approximately into a letter J or U shape.
Slide device
A slide device includes a lower rail, an upper rail, a lock member, and a lock release member. The upper rail is coupled to the lower rail in a movable manner. The lock member is configured to restrict movement of the upper rail relative to the lower rail. The lock release member is configured to release a lock by the lock member. The lock release member includes a bracket fixed to the upper rail. A cover is attached to the bracket.
Seat travel limiter
A rail assembly may include a translatable rail, a fixed rail, a gearbox assembly, and a nut. The fixed rail may include a spindle bracket that may define an aperture and the spindle may extend through the aperture. The gearbox assembly may be disposed on the spindle and configured to carry the translatable rail along the longitudinal direction and the fixed rail. The nut may be fixed to the gearbox assembly and include a first portion and a second portion that may be integrally formed with one another. A section of the first portion may be configured to be disposed in the aperture of the spindle bracket.
MOVEMENT ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM
In order to suppress a claustrophobic feeling that a person sitting on a rear seat receives due to a front seat, and to make the front seat easy to use as an ottoman by the person, a movement adjustment system is used for a passenger seat and a rear seat, and includes a slide rail for moving the rear seat in the front to back direction, and a control part for changing the movement region of the rear seat by the slide rail. The passenger seat has a seat cushion, and a seat back mounted to be changeable between an upright state and a lowered state with respect to the seat cushion. The control part changes the movement region so that the passenger seat and the rear seat can come closer when the seat back of the passenger seat is in the lowered state than in the upright state.
Sliding device for a vehicle seat provided with an improved rail design
The present invention relates to a sliding device (100) for a vehicle seat, comprising a pair sliding tracks (10), each including a lower rail (20) and an upper rail (30), which allow to obtain an improved stability and to reduce the sliding efforts when the upper rails slide relative to the lower rails. Each upper rail is constrained to a respective lower rail and is free to slide relative thereto, balls (70) are arranged between said upper rail and said lower rail, and said upper and lower rails are shaped so as to define a lower and an upper ball guides (72, 74) on each side thereof. The design of said upper and lower rails at said lower and upper ball guides (72, 74) is such that efforts during relative sliding movements of the rails are reduced, while enhancing stability of the rails and preventing deformations thereof.
Adjusting device for longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat, method for assembly thereof and guide piece
An adjusting device for longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat comprising a first rail and a second rail movably guided in a longitudinal direction relative to the first rail includes a guide piece mounted to a side-wall of the first rail, comprising a main body, a plurality of connecting devices for connecting to the first rail, and a positioning device locked in a positioning recess, for positioning the guide piece with respect to the first rail in the longitudinal direction. The connecting devices are formed as hook-like members that are inserted through the locking recesses and grip behind the side-wall to fix guide piece to the first rail. The guide piece comprises a flexible portion connected to the positioning device and the main body, which is configured to bend in a transverse direction when mounting the guide piece to the first rail and to be locked in the positioning recess.
GEARBOX
Disclosed is a gearbox enabling to inhibit defective engagement between a first helical gear and a second helical gear even when a restraint torque is applied. The gearbox includes: the first helical gear; the second helical gear to engage with the first helical gear; a casing including a first member disposed in proximity to the first helical gear and a second member disposed in proximity to the second helical gear; a screw for fastening the first member with the second member, and disposed closer to the first helical gear than an engagement position between the first helical gear and the second helical gear and penetrating at least the second member; and a clip disposed closer to the second helical gear than the engagement position, and formed of a closed curve in such a manner that the first member end and the second member end are enclosed therein.
ELECTRIC SEAT SLIDE DEVICE
A screw shaft attached to the upper rail is screwed into a nut member attached to the lower rail. When the screw shaft is rotated with respect to the nut member by a drive unit, the screw shaft is moved rearward and forward with respect to the nut member, and the upper rail is also moved rearward and forward with respect to the lower rail. A fixing nut is fixed to an inner surface of the lower rail behind the nut member, and a stopper bolt is fastened to the fixing nut from below the lower rail. When the upper rail moves forward, a stopper portion provided at a tip of the stopper bolt contacts the stopper plate to restrict an excessive forward movement of the upper rail.
SEAT TRAVEL LIMITER
