Seat slide structure
A seat slide structure includes a cushion frame, a slide rail including lower and upper rails, a movement mechanism, and a lock mechanism. The movement mechanism slides the cushion frame along a length direction of the slide rail. The lock mechanism includes a lock body engaging with the slide rail, and places or lifts a restriction on movement of the slide rail. The movement mechanism includes a lead screw, a gear part, and a shake absorber. The lead screw is provided in parallel with the slide rail, and is supported by the upper rail. The gear part transmits power from a power source to the lead screw to slide the lead screw and the upper rail along the lower rail. The shake absorber allows the cushion frame and the lead screw to move relative to one another in a moving direction of the upper rail along the lower rail.
SLIDING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE SEAT PROVIDED WITH AN IMPROVED RAIL DESIGN
The present invention relates to a sliding device (100) for a vehicle seat, comprising a pair sliding tracks (10), each including a lower rail (20) and an upper rail (30), which allow to obtain an improved stability and to reduce the sliding efforts when the upper rails slide relative to the lower rails. Each upper rail is constrained to a respective lower rail and is free to slide relative thereto, balls (70) are arranged between said upper rail and said lower rail, and said upper and lower rails are shaped so as to define a lower and an upper ball guides (72, 74) on each side thereof. The design of said upper and lower rails at said lower and upper ball guides (72, 74) is such that efforts during relative sliding movements of the rails are reduced, while enhancing stability of the rails and preventing deformations thereof.
ADJUSTING DEVICE FOR LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTMENT OF A VEHICLE SEAT, METHOD FOR ASSEMBLY THEREOF AND GUIDE PIECE
An adjusting device for longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat comprising a first rail and a second rail movably guided in a longitudinal direction relative to the first rail includes a guide piece mounted to a side-wall of the first rail, comprising a main body, a plurality of connecting devices for connecting to the first rail, and a positioning device locked in a positioning recess, for positioning the guide piece with respect to the first rail in the longitudinal direction. The connecting devices are formed as hook-like members that are inserted through the locking recesses and grip behind the side-wall to fix guide piece to the first rail. The guide piece comprises a flexible portion connected to the positioning device and the main body, which is configured to bend in a transverse direction when mounting the guide piece to the first rail and to be locked in the positioning recess.
Adjusting device for longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat
A rail assembly for longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat comprises a lower rail (2) and an upper rail (1) movable relative to the lower rail, and a movable support member (400) disposed between the lower rail (2) and the upper rail (1), wherein the lower rail (2) comprises a stopper (210) disposed at a predetermined position of the lower rail (2), and the movable support member (400) comprises a base (40) for supporting the upper rail (1) on the lower rail (2) and a coupling member (47) for releasably coupling the movable support member (400) with the upper rail (1). The coupling member (47) can be displaced relative to the base. Movement of the movable support member (400) relative to the lower rail (2) in the longitudinal direction is stopped by the stopper (210) at the predetermined position, and displacement of the coupling member (47) relative to the base (40) is controlled by the position of the upper rail (1), for controlling a coupling and decoupling of the movable support member (400) to the upper rail (1).

Swivel seat system
A seating system comprises a plurality of seating assemblies having first and second-row seating assemblies. Each seating assembly includes a cradle pivotally coupled to a seat base and to a seatback. The seat base is movable between first and second positions. The seating assembly includes a base having first and second supports and a swivel plate assembly including first and second frames. The first frame is coupled to the cradle, and the second frame is coupled to the base. The swivel plate assembly includes first and second swivel plates, the first swivel plate coupled to the first frame and the second swivel plate coupled to the second frame. The first swivel plate is configured to allow the cradle to rotate between first and second positions relative to the base. The seating system includes a track assembly. The first and second supports of the base are slidably coupled to the track assembly.
SLIDE DEVICE
A slide device includes a lower rail, an upper rail, a lock member, and a lock release member. The upper rail is coupled to the lower rail in a movable manner. The lock member is configured to restrict movement of the upper rail relative to the lower rail. The lock release member is configured to release a lock by the lock member.
