Sliding device
One example of a sliding device that can sufficiently reduce a separation phenomenon is disclosed. The sliding device includes a fixed rail, a movable rail, a fixed-side hook, an engagement hook, and a reinforcing hook. The fixed rail is configured to be fixed to a vehicle. To the movable rail, the seat body is attachable. The movable rail is slidable with respect to the fixed rail. The fixed-side hook is configured to be fixed to the vehicle. The engagement hook is provided to the movable rail. The engagement hook is engageable with the fixed-side hook, and is formed by a first plate material curved approximately into a letter J or U shape. The reinforcing hook overlaps with the engagement hook in a thickness direction of the first plate material. The reinforcing hook is formed by a second plate material curved approximately into a letter J or U shape.
Vehicle seat slide structure
A vehicle seat slide structure has a movable rail, a fixed rail supporting the movable rail, a slider interposed between the rails, a reinforcing plate fixed to the fixed rail and having a threaded hole having a female thread part, and a pin having a shaft portion, a neck portion, and a head portion. The fixed rail has a first through hole concentric with the threaded hole and having an inner diameter larger than a root diameter of the female thread part. The slider has a second through hole concentric with the first through hole and having an inner diameter larger than that of the first through hole. The shaft portion is inserted through the first through hole and has the male thread part screwed in the female thread part. The head portion supports a periphery part of the second through hole between the head portion and the fixed rail.
Sliding device for a vehicle seat provided with an improved rail design
The present invention relates to a sliding device (100) for a vehicle seat, comprising a pair sliding tracks (10), each including a lower rail (20) and an upper rail (30), which allow to obtain an improved stability and to reduce the sliding efforts when the upper rails slide relative to the lower rails. Each upper rail is constrained to a respective lower rail and is free to slide relative thereto, balls (70) are arranged between said upper rail and said lower rail, and said upper and lower rails are shaped so as to define a lower and an upper ball guides (72, 74) on each side thereof. The design of said upper and lower rails at said lower and upper ball guides (72, 74) is such that efforts during relative sliding movements of the rails are reduced, while enhancing stability of the rails and preventing deformations thereof.
Lightweight c-ring crossmember and bracket assembly for a vehicle
A bracket assembly for coupling a component to a vehicle including a bracket body including a C-ring retainer that is adapted to translatably engage and retain a T-shaped guide rail coupled to one of a crossmember and floor structure of the vehicle, wherein the bracket body defines a hole or includes an attachment structure adapted to receive and retain the component. The bracket body further includes one or more flanges adapted to secure the bracket body to the crossmember or floor structure of the vehicle via bolting and/or welding. Optionally, the bracket body includes: a front attachment arm; a rear attachment arm; one or more intervening structural reinforcement members; a bottom portion coupled to the attachment arms; and a cap structure coupled to the attachment arms opposite the bottom portion; wherein the bottom portion includes the C-ring retainer and the cap structure defines the hole or includes the attachment structure.
LONG RAIL ASSEMBLY WITH RETENTION LATCH
A long rail assembly is attached to a floor within an automotive vehicle for transposing vehicle seats between a plurality of positions. The long rail assembly includes a rail drive assembly configured to travel along an interior cavity of a fixed long rail. The fixed long rail has a generally U-shaped cross-section and includes a pair of flanges with mating teeth extending inwardly from a pair of outer walls. The rail drive assembly includes a retention latch and a wheel assembly coupled adjacent a first and a second end of the rail drive assembly. The rail drive assembly is operable between a use position and a loaded position in which at least one of the retention latches engages the mating teeth to interlock the rail drive assembly and the fixed long rail in response to forces causing upward loading on the rail drive assembly.
Longitudinal adjuster and vehicle seat
A longitudinal adjuster (10) for a vehicle seat (1) includes at least one rail pair (12), which is formed from a first seat rail (14), for connecting to a seat frame side part (6), and a second seat rail (16), for connecting to a vehicle structure, that slid relative to each other in a longitudinal direction (x) and engage each other and form an inner channel (18). A reinforcing profiled element (22; 122) is fastened to the second seat rail (16) and is arranged in the inner channel (18). The reinforcing profiled element (22; 122) has a connection section (24), which is led out of the inner channel (18) toward a rear and is connectable to a rear end surface (8) of a seat frame side part (6). The vehicle seat with the longitudinal adjuster, has a seat frame side part (6) connected to a first seat rail (4).
CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY HAVING RETAINING BRACKETS
A rail assembly includes a track assembly with a retaining lip and a carriage assembly that is received within the track assembly. The carriage assembly includes a body portion, an exterior surface of the body portion, and a retaining bracket fastened to the exterior surface. The retaining bracket extends outwardly from the point at which the retaining bracket is fastened to the exterior surface. The retaining bracket defines a notch that receives the retaining lip of the track assembly.
RAIL ASSEMBLY HAVING A CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY
A rail assembly can include a track assembly, an elongate shaft mounted to the track assembly, and a carriage assembly received within the track assembly. The carriage assembly can include a slider bracket. The slider bracket includes a first ramp portion and a second ramp portion. The first and second ramp portions are disposed on opposite sides of the slider bracket. The first and second ramp portions each define a receiving aperture. The elongate shaft is received through the receiving apertures of the first and second ramp portions.
Longitudinal adjuster and vehicle seat
A longitudinal adjuster (10) for a vehicle seat (1) includes at least one rail pair (12) with a longitudinal direction (x) relatively sliding and engaging first seat rail (14), for connecting to a seat frame side part (6), and a second seat rail (16), for connecting to a vehicle structure. A first clamping element (20), fastened to the first seat rail and a second clamping element (22), fastened to the second seat rail are usually spaced apart from each other and engage with each other, in response to a defined application of force, for example in the event of a crash. The first clamping element has a connection section (24), which can be connected to a surface (8) of a seat frame side part (6) directed toward the rear. The vehicle seat includes the longitudinal adjuster and a seat frame side part, which is connected to a first seat rail.
