SEAT SLIDING APPARATUS FOR A VEHICLE
A vehicle seat sliding apparatus includes an upper rail that supports a seat at an upper side, a lower rail that supports the upper rail to be relatively movable manner in a longitudinal direction of the upper rail, and a lock mechanism configured to restrain the upper rail from moving relative to the lower rail. The upper rail includes two side walls that are opposed in a width direction of the upper rail and an upper wall that connects the two side walls. The upper wall has a plurality of seat fasteners. The upper rail has at least one hole between a longitudinal end of the upper rail and one of the seat fasteners closest to the longitudinal end. The hole is a cutout formed in each of the two side walls and the upper wall.
Vehicle seat slide rail reinforcement
A device for immobilizing an object, in particular a seat in a vehicle, on a rail (1) by at least one securing element (4.1, 4.2). The securing element (4.1, 4.2) is arranged on a reinforcement (2) which is inserted into the rail (1).
Track assembly
A track assembly includes a track and a support member connected to and configured move along the track. The support member may include an engagement portion. The engagement portion may be configured to engage the track to limit relative movement between the track and the support member in a loaded state of the track assembly. The engagement portion may be configured not to operatively engage the track or limit movement between the track and the support member in an unloaded state of the track assembly.
SEAT SLIDING DEVICE
A movable rail is slidable relative to a fixed rail and supports a seat. A projection protrudes towards the seat from an upper surface of the movable rail that faces the seat and fixes the seat to the movable rail. A rail cover is elastic, and configured to cover the upper surface of the movable rail. The rail cover extends in a direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the fixed rail and comprises a slit that allows the projection to pass through. A spacer plate having a strip shape is attached to the upper surface of the movable rail and extends in a direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the movable rail, and is configured to comprise a through-hole for the projection to pass through.
Seat sliding device for vehicle
A seat sliding device for a vehicle includes a lower rail; an upper rail, which is supported to be able to slide relative to the lower rail and is fixed to a seat; and a bracket, which includes an acting portion to transmit a predetermined external force acting on the upper rail to the lower rail and is fixed to the upper rail, wherein the acting portion is disposed to overlap with the lower rail in an up-down direction which is perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the sliding device.
Rail pair for a vehicle seat
A rail pair (1), for a vehicle seat (10), includes at least a lower seat rail (S1) and an upper seat rail (S2), which engage around one another in such a way that a rail profile is formed and which can be moved in relation to each other in a longitudinal direction (L) and can be interlocked by a rail locking device (2). Rolling elements (4) are arranged between the seat rails (S1, S2) in an interaction region. The upper seat rail (S2) includes two side walls (S2.1, S2.2), which two side walls (S2.1, S2.2), in a vertical orientation, protrude largely in parallel and perpendicularly from a bottom region (S2.3). One of the side walls (S2.2) is bent outward in a continued course in some regions of the longitudinal direction (L).
Seat slide device
A seat slide device includes: a first rail which extends in a longitudinal direction; a second rail which extends in the longitudinal direction and is joined to the first rail to be capable of relative movement in the longitudinal direction; lock holes which form the first rail, are open in a portion facing the second rail, are provided to extend such that one end in a short direction of the first rail forms an opening portion, another end forms a base portion including a base wall, and which are disposed at an equal interval in the longitudinal direction; and a lock lever which is joined to the second rail in a state of being capable of reciprocal movement in the short direction and is provided integrally with engaging protrusions capable of entering and exiting any of the lock holes in accordance with the reciprocal movement.
Seat rail system for a vehicle and a vehicle comprising a seat rail system
A seat rail system for a vehicle includes an upper rail and a stationary lower rail attached to a floor structure. The upper rail is attached to a vehicle seat and is movable relative to the lower rail. The upper rail comprises first and second side sections with a cavity between the side sections. The lower rail includes first and second lateral side elements respectively connected to the first and second side sections. An elongated load member is attached to the lower rail, where an upper part of which extends into the cavity. A lower part of the load member is connected to the floor structure. The first lateral side element blocks lateral movement of the first side section and the second lateral side element blocks lateral movement of the second side section upon deformation of the upper rail in a vehicle impact event.
Adjustment device for adjusting a longitudinal position of a vehicle seat
An adjustment device for adjusting a longitudinal position of a vehicle seat, comprises: a first guide rail; a spindle fixed to the first guide rail and extending along a longitudinal axis; a second guide rail being linearly movable along the longitudinal axis with respect to the first guide rail, the second guide rail having a base and a first leg extending from the base; and a gearing fixed to the second guide rail and having a housing, the gearing being in operative connection with the spindle to move the second guide rail relative to the first guide rail. At least one support member is arranged on the second guide rail, the at least one support member having a support face extending transversely to the longitudinal axis and facing the housing of the gearing for supporting the gearing with respect to the second guide rail. The support face comprises a first edge facing the base or the first leg and having a welding section via which the first edge is fixed to the base or the first leg by welding, a tab protruding from said first edge and engaging with an opening of said base or said first leg.
Vehicle seat slide device
A vehicle seat slide device includes: a first rail provided to extend in a front-rear direction of a vehicle and including first side wall portions, and first flanges overhanging from tips of the first side wall portions to inside and further folded to a base end side of the first side wall portions; a second rail joined to the first rail to be capable of moving in the front-rear direction and including second side wall portions, a connecting wall portion connecting base ends of the second side wall portions, and second flanges overhanging to an outside and further folded so as to be surrounded by the first side wall portions and the first flanges; and a locking member joined to the second rail to rotate around an axial line extending in the width direction and capable of restricting relative movement of the first and second rails.
