SYSTEM COMPRISING A VEHICLE SEAT TRACK AND A SUPPORT
A system comprising a vehicle seat track, in particular automotive vehicle, and a support, where the track comprises a fixed profile intended to be added onto the chassis of the vehicle and a mobile profile configured for sliding relative to the fixed profile. The support comprises an engaging part forming a hook, where the engaging part is configured for engaging with the mobile profile in case of impact of the vehicle.
TRACK ASSEMBLY FOR USE IN VEHICLE
A track assembly is provided that includes a track operably coupled with a floor pan. A rail cartridge is slidably coupled with the track. The rail cartridge includes an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion defines a receiving well. A connection cartridge is operably coupled with a seat base. The connection cartridge includes an interface member and defines a slot. The upper portion of the rail cartridge is received within the slot. The interface member is received within the receiving well of the rail cartridge. A latch mechanism includes a release lever and a tab. The release lever is configured to selectively lower the tab to open the receiving well of the rail cartridge.
SLIDE DEVICE
Provided is a slide device which includes: a lower rail; an upper rail movably attached to the lower rail; a load sensor attached to the upper rail by a first attachment member; and a bracket attached to the load sensor by a second attachment member. The bracket has an insertion hole into which the first attachment member is inserted, a deformation suppressing member is attached to a tip end portion of the first attachment member, the first attachment member has a first bolt and a first nut screwed onto the first bolt, the tip end portion of the first attachment member is positioned on a tip end side of the first bolt with respect to the first nut, and the deformation suppressing member is configured to reduce deformation of the bracket in a direction of separating from the upper rail.
Support assembly with cam assembly
A cam assembly includes a pin, a first cam, a second cam, and/or a bearing. The first cam may be connected to the pin, and/or the second cam may be connected to the pin. A bearing may be configured to rotatable support the pin. The second cam may include a first portion and/or a second portion. The first portion of the second cam may be configured to contact a track in a first vertical position of the pin. The second portion of the second cam may be configured to contact said track in a second vertical position of the pin. The first portion may be vertically offset from the second portion. The first position of the pin may correspond to an unloaded state. The second vertical position of the pin may correspond to a loaded state.
Track assembly
A track assembly includes a track, a support member, a lever, and a slider. The support member may be configured for selective connection with the track. The lever may be connected to the support member, and the slider may be connected to the support member. The lever may be configured to limit movement of the slider and to limit movement of the support member. The slider may be configured to move longitudinally along the support member. The slider may be connected at a top of the support member. The lever may be configured to rotate about an axis that may be parallel to the track. The lever may include a top portion. The lever may include a first position and/or a second position. The slider may be configured to selectively contact the top portion of the lever when in a first position.
Active long track cover
A vehicle seat assembly with a long track that significantly extends beyond the seat. The track defines a slot. A carriage is movable along the track through the slot. A cover is mounted on the track, and includes a plurality of fingers being individually pivotally connected to the track between a cover position and an open position. Each finger in the cover position blocking a portion of the slot from the area outside of the track. Each finger in the open position opening a respective portion of the slot to the area outside of the track. The plurality of fingers and the longitudinal edges of the extension being shaped configured to move the plurality of fingers from the cover position to the open position as the carriage moves along the track and against the plurality of fingers.
Seat track assembly including cover members
A vehicle includes an outer rail coupled to a floor. An inner rail is positioned within the outer rail. A seat base is coupled to the inner rail. Cover members are positioned over the outer rail. An inclined member is coupled to the outer rail and the cover members are configured to pivot about two rotational axes in response to movement of the inclined member.
LIGHTWEIGHT C-RING CROSSMEMBER AND BRACKET ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE
A bracket assembly for coupling a component to a vehicle including a bracket body including a C-ring retainer that is adapted to translatably engage and retain a T-shaped guide rail coupled to one of a crossmember and floor structure of the vehicle, wherein the bracket body defines a hole or includes an attachment structure adapted to receive and retain the component. The bracket body further includes one or more flanges adapted to secure the bracket body to the crossmember or floor structure of the vehicle via bolting and/or welding. Optionally, the bracket body includes: a front attachment arm; a rear attachment arm; one or more intervening structural reinforcement members; a bottom portion coupled to the attachment arms; and a cap structure coupled to the attachment arms opposite the bottom portion; wherein the bottom portion includes the C-ring retainer and the cap structure defines the hole or includes the attachment structure.
Locking cam component fastening device
A fastening device comprising a cam lock is received within a first orifice of a first component and a threaded fastener extending through a central axial cavity provided in the cam lock is received within a second orifice of a second component. A cam surface on the cam lock induces a clamping load between the first and the second components normal to the axial cavity when rotated from a first to a second rotational position.
Manual locking stud for aircraft seat
A seat assembly for an aircraft is disclosed. The seat assembly includes a seat frame, a track and a track lock assembly slidably connecting the seat frame to the track. The track lock assembly includes a track foot body configured for sliding translation within the track, a pin member having a first end configured for threaded engagement with the track foot body and a second end, and a plunger configured for sliding engagement with the pin member between the first end and the second end and for locking engagement with the track lock assembly.
