A latch assembly for a sliding seat includes a handle and a latch body fixed to the handle. The latch body is securable pivotally to one of an upper rail and a lower rail of the sliding seat. The latch body is pivotable via the handle between a locked position and an unlocked position. The latch body includes teeth openings arranged along a lengthwise dimension, where the teeth openings sequentially decrease in size. The assembly essentially eliminates problems associated with skip-locking and chucking in existing designs.

Connecting device of linear drive

Connecting device of linear drive includes a main body part with a rectangular profile, and a hardware stamping. The two opposite sides of the main body part are respectively fixedly connected with the hardware stamping. The middle portion of the main body part has a hollow cavity. A threaded axle hole device with threaded holes inside is accommodated in and fixedly connected with the cavity. The lateral walls of the cavity have locating protrusions. The hardware stamping includes two reverse bends between which the portion is disposed above the main body part. The lower portion of the hardware stamping is tightly adhered to the lateral side of the main body and bolted, while the upper portion of the hardware stamping has a connecting hole. The connecting device is light in structure, small in size and more convenient to install and is improved in bearing capability and operation stability.

Slide rail

A slide rail by which a conveyance seat is slidably coupled to a floor of a conveyance includes: a lower rail attached on the floor; an upper rail slidably assembled to the lower rail and attached to the conveyance seat; and a locking spring supported by the upper rail and having a locking piece that is inserted into a locking slit formed in the lower rail to prohibit the upper rail and the lower rail from sliding relative to each other. The locking piece extends in a direction along a cross-section (the width direction) of the upper rail from a position in the locking spring, at which the locking spring is supported by the upper rail. The locking piece is inserted into the locking slit by deflection deformation of the locking piece in an in-plane direction of the cross-section (the height direction) of the upper rail.

A sliding device for a vehicle seat includes a pair of tracks, each having a lower rail and an upper rail, and a locking arrangement having a pair of locking assemblies, each including locking pins for locking a respective one of the upper rails to a respective one of the lower rails. The locking arrangement includes a releasing assembly for driving the locking pins of each of the locking assemblies to an unlocking configuration. The releasing assembly includes a releasing member and a pair of connecting members. The connecting members are each in a force transmission connection with the releasing member and with the locking pins of a respective one of the locking assemblies. The connecting members are entirely received within the tracks, and the releasing assembly is configured to convert rotational movement of the releasing member into linear movement of the locking pins of each of the locking assemblies.

Sliding device

A sliding device includes a fixed rail, a movable rail, a lock plate, a spring member, and a first stopper and a second stopper provided on the lock plate. The lock plate is held by the movable rail, and is displaceable between a locking position where the lock plate engages with the fixed rail and a non-locking position where the engagement is released. The spring member can exert an elastic force to maintain the lock plate in the locking position. The first stopper locks and fixes a first end of the lock plate to the spring member. The second stopper locks and fixes a second end of the lock plate to the spring member.

LONG RAIL ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE SEAT ADJUSTMENT

A long rail assembly attached to a vehicle floor for repositioning vehicle seats in a vehicle between a plurality of seating positions. The long rail assembly includes a fixed long rail having an internal channel, and a power rail drive assembly configured to travel along the channel of the fixed long rail. The power rail drive assembly has a rail main body having a lateral driving wheel configured to frictionally and/or meshingly engage with the fixed rail, an electric motor operatively coupled to the lateral driving wheel, and spring-loaded stability rolling elements attached to the rail main body configured to absorb channel variation as the power rail drive assembly travels along the channel of the long rail.

Sliding device for a vehicle seat provided with an improved locking arrangement

The present invention relates to a sliding device for a vehicle seat provided with an improved locking arrangement. Said locking arrangement comprises a pair of locking assemblies (101a, 101b; 201a, 201b), one for each track of the sliding device, each including a plurality of locking pins (105a, 105b; 203a, 203b) suitable for locking the upper rails of the tracks to the respective lower rails. Said locking arrangement further includes a releasing assembly for driving said locking pins to an unlocking configuration for adjusting the position of the vehicle seat. According to the invention, for any selected positions of the vehicle seat, all the locking pins (105a, 105b; 203a, 203b) of the locking assemblies simultaneously or quasi-simultaneously penetrate into corresponding apertures of the lower rails. Therefore, the invention advantageously allows to optimize the locking effect of the locking arrangement, as all the locking pins give their contribution to said locking effect.
