Anti-chuck mechanism for seat track assembly
A track assembly includes a first track, a second track, and a latch assembly. The first track includes a plurality of first apertures. The second track includes a plurality of second apertures. The latch assembly includes a latch plate and an anti-chuck component. The latch plate includes a plurality of first teeth that selectively extend through the plurality of first apertures and through a subset of the plurality of second apertures. A gap is present between at least one of the plurality of first teeth and a side of a respective one of the plurality of first apertures when the latch plate is in the engaged position. The anti-chuck component is coupled to the latch plate. The latch plate includes one or more second teeth that engage at least one of the plurality of first apertures to close the gap.
DEVICE FOR UNLOCKING SEAT OF VEHICLE
A device for unlocking a seat for a vehicle includes a base frame mounted on a movable rail of a seat rail, a seat frame mounted on the base frame to be able to tilt, a lock pin fixed to a side of the seat frame, a support bracket mounted on a floor panel, and a lock plate rotatably mounted on a side of the base frame, and configured to be locked to the lock pin when coming in contact with the support bracket and to be unlocked from the lock pin when coming apart from the support bracket, whereby it is possible to automatically unlock a seat when it is required to tilt the seat through a walk-in mechanism to secure a passage for a passenger to get in/out of a vehicle.
Rail and vehicle seat
A vehicle seat longitudinal adjuster (106) includes a seat track pair (1) with a lower seat track (2) and an upper seat track (4) that mutually engage one another for guided relative and longitudinal direction (x) movement. The lower seat track (2) has a substantially C-shaped profile (20, 22) with sections (24) that are bent downward at the ends. The upper seat track (4) has a substantially U-shaped profile (40, 42) with end sections (44) that are bent upward; the relative displaceability of the two seat tracks (2, 4) with respect to one another is limited by means of an interaction of an end stop (30) disposed on the lower seat track (2) with a stop element (48) disposed on the upper seat track (4), and wherein the end stop (30) is designed in the form of an extension of part of the downward bent sections (24) and the lower seat track (2) comprises a slotted hole (32) in the region of the end stop (30).
SLIDING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE SEAT
A sliding device for a vehicle seat is provided. The sliding device includes a pair of parallel slideways, each of which comprises a lower rail, an upper rail slidably mounted to the lower rail and a latch for allowing/preventing a movement of the upper rail relative to the lower rail. A releasing member is provided for driving the latches to a position in which the upper rails are free to move relative to the lower rails. Each latch has a rear portion which is bent into a “U”-like shape and comprises a lower leg carrying latching elements configured to cooperate with corresponding latching elements provided in the lower rail and an upper leg configured to engage the releasing member. The design of the latches improves the reliability of the sliding device.
GUIDE DEVICE WITH LOCKING DEVICE
A guide device of a vehicle having a first guide paired with a fixture, a second guide that is paired with a structure of the vehicle and forms a guide track along which the fixture is movably guided in opposite track directions. A locking device has a first lock paired with the fixture and second lock paired with the structure of an X-locking mechanism which is used to releasably lock a movement along the track directions. A primary lock is paired with the fixture and a secondary lock is paired with the structure of a Z-locking mechanism via which a movement in a third direction for a removal out of the second guide can be releasably locked. The locking device has at least a first actuator and a second actuator via which the X-locking mechanism and/or the Z-locking mechanism can be moved between a locking position and a release position.
Seat-track assembly
A vehicle seat-track assembly is provided and may include a first track member having a series of locking features and a second track member slidably supported by the first track member. The seat-track assembly may also include a locking mechanism having locking pawls movable between a locked state engaged with the locking features to restrict relative movement between the first and second track members and an unlocked state disengaged from the locking features to permit relative movement between the first and second track members. The locking pawls may each include locking elements that are received within respective ones of the series of locking features in the locked state such that the locking elements restrict relative movement between the first track member and the second track member in two directions when the locking pawls are in the locked state.
TRACK ASSEMBLY
A track assembly includes a track and a support member connected to and configured move along the track. The support member may include an engagement portion. The engagement portion may be configured to engage the track to limit relative movement between the track and the support member in a loaded state of the track assembly. The engagement portion may be configured not to operatively engage the track or limit movement between the track and the support member in an unloaded state of the track assembly.
Sliding device for a vehicle seat provided with an improved locking arrangement
A sliding device for a vehicle seat is provided with a locking arrangement including a pair of locking assemblies, one for each track of the sliding device. Each track has an upper rail and a lower rail, and each of the locking assemblies includes a plurality of locking pins for locking one of the upper rails to a respective one of the lower rails. The locking arrangement further includes a releasing assembly for driving the locking pins of the locking assemblies to an unlocking configuration. The releasing assembly comprises a releasing member and a pair of connecting members, each of which is connected in a force transmission connection with the releasing member and the plurality of locking pins of one of the locking assemblies. Each of the connecting members is entirely received inside a respective one of the tracks, whereby the locking arrangement has a very compact design.
LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTER FOR A SEAT AND SEAT
A longitudinal adjuster for a seat, in particular vehicle seat, may have at least a fixed lower track and an upper track slidable coupled to the lower track, an adjustment device for longitudinally adjusting the upper track relative to the lower track, a latch mechanism to latch the upper track relative to the lower track, and an electromechanical device relatively coupled to the latch mechanism. The electromechanical device may be configured to bias the latch mechanism between a release position and a latch position, and upon release of the latch mechanism the adjustment device is actuated to drive the upper track relative to the lower track.
ANTI-CHUCK MECHANISM FOR SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY
A track assembly includes a first track having first apertures, a second track having second apertures, and a latch assembly. The latch assembly includes a latch plate movable between an engaged position and a disengaged position. The latch plate includes first teeth that selectively extend through the first apertures and through at least one of the second apertures when the latch plate is in the engaged position. A gap is present between a first latch tooth of the first teeth and one of the first apertures when the latch plate is in the engaged position. The latch assembly includes an anti-chuck component coupled to the latch plate and including a second tooth that extends along a face of the first latch tooth. The second tooth extends laterally past both lateral edges of the first latch tooth to close the gap when the latch plate is in the engaged position.
