SLIDING DEVICE
A sliding device that slidably supports a seat body of a vehicle seat is provided. The sliding device includes: a fixed rail; a movable rail; a locking member displaceable between a locking position and an unlocking position, a sliding movement of the movable rail being restricted in the locking position, and restriction of the sliding movement being released in the unlocking position; a retention spring configured to apply to the locking member a retaining force to retain the locking member in the locking position; a release lever configured to displace the locking member to the unlocking position; a return spring configured to apply to the release lever an elastic force to return the release lever to its initial position; and a restrictor configured to restrict a displacement of the release lever.
Seat track mechanism
A seat track mechanism for a vehicle seat. The seat track mechanism may include an upper track, a lower track, a striker, a lever, and a pawl. The lever may be rotatable about a lever axis. The pawl may be rotatable with respect to the lever about a pawl axis when the striker engages the pawl.
Seat track mechanism
A seat track mechanism for a vehicle seat. The seat track mechanism may include an upper track, a lower track, a lever, and a retainer bracket. The lever may be pivotable between a first position and a second position and may have a latch arm. The retainer bracket may define a slot that may receive the latch arm to hold the lever in the second position.
SEAT SLIDING DEVICE AND ASSEMBLING METHOD OF LOCK SPRING USED IN SEAT SLIDING DEVICE
A seat sliding device includes: a lower rail; an upper rail; a lock member; a spring member; and an operation lever, the first fixing portion of the spring member which has a ring shape having an outside diameter greater than a width between the pair of the side walls of the upper rail, which has a spring force in a diameter increasing direction between the pair of the side walls of the upper rail, and which includes a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion that are configured to be mounted and fixed, respectively, in the first hole portion and the second hole portion by the spring force.
Seat rail pair for a vehicle seat
A seat rail pair for a vehicle seat is disclosed. The seat rail pair may have a lower rail and an upper rail. The upper rail may be moved relative to the lower rail via mutually engaged profiles. The lower rail may have a substantially C-shaped profile and the upper rail may have a substantially U-shaped profile. Roller members may be arranged between the upper rail and the lower rail to facilitate relative movement.
Slide device
Provided is a slide device that can prevent rattling of a seat with a simple structure. A slide device includes a lock mechanism for fixing an upper rail to a lower rail. The lock mechanism includes a shaft attached to the upper rail, a lock tooth swingably supported by the shaft, and a wave washer that presses the lock tooth in an axial direction of the shaft. An outer circumferential face of the shaft has an outer tapered face slanted so that the shaft becomes thinner along a direction from a proximal end portion toward a distal end portion. An inner circumferential face of the shaft hole of the lock tooth has an inner tapered face having a slant angle that allows face-to-face contact with the outer tapered face. The wave washer presses the lock tooth in a direction in which the inner tapered face is pressed against the outer tapered face to make face-to-face contact.
Longitudinal seat adjuster
A seat length adjuster for a vehicle seat may have two rail pairs, each pair formed by an upper rail and a lower rail. The upper rail is provided with openings and the lower rail has through holes. At least one spring-loaded, movable locking member may be provided. The locking member carries toothlike protrusions on its two opposite lengthwise sides, which are movable from a released position into the locked position both into the openings and into the through holes. The openings and/or the through holes have contact regions for the toothlike protrusions of the locking member and at least some of the toothlike protrusions have a respective undercut on both tooth flanks. In the locked position a projecting edge resulting from this on the respective tooth flank lies opposite the contact region and/or touches this contact region.
SEAT-SLIDING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
The present invention provides a seat-sliding apparatus for a vehicle. The seat-sliding apparatus includes a lower rail fixed to the vehicle, an upper rail, which is coupled to a seat and slides along the lower rail, a rail groove portion, which is formed in at least one surface of the lower rail and has therein a plurality of grooves, a tooth portion having teeth positioned between the grooves in the rail groove portion, a sloped portion, which is positioned at at least a portion of the rail groove portion and in which heights of the teeth of the tooth portion decrease toward a center of the rail groove portion from one end of the rail groove portion in a longitudinal direction, and a locking unit, which is positioned at the upper rail and is selectively engaged with the rail groove portion so as to hold the upper rail.
Vehicle seat slide apparatus
The vehicle seat slide apparatus includes a lower rail, an upper rail, a locking spring for restricting movement of the upper rail by engaging with the lower rail, and an unlocking member that releases an engagement state between the locking spring and the lower rail to release movement restriction of the upper rail. The unlocking member is located inside the locking spring in both a longitudinal direction and a width direction of the upper rail, the unlocking member is rotatably attached to a mounting member, and a wire support wall that supports a wire for operating the unlocking member is connected to the mounting member.
Sliding device for a vehicle seat provided with an improved releasing assembly
A sliding device for a vehicle seat is provided with a pair of tracks and an improved releasing assembly. The sliding device comprises a pair of locking assemblies, one for each track, each including a plurality of locking pins for locking upper rails of the tracks to lower rails of the tracks. The sliding device further includes a releasing assembly for driving the locking pins to an unlocking configuration for adjusting the position of the vehicle seat. The releasing assembly comprises a releasing member having a pair of substantially parallel arms pivotally connected to the tracks, a crossbar extending transversely to the tracks and provided at each end with an engaging assembly for engaging the locking pins of the respective locking assembly, and a pair of connecting members configured to convert a rotational movement of end portions of the arms into a translational movement of the crossbar.
