SEAT SYSTEM
A vehicle seat system includes a vehicle seat having a seat base, a backrest, a seat base track arrangement, a backrest track arrangement having a backrest fixed track and a backrest moveable track that is moveable along the backrest fixed track, a link arm, a seat base pivot connection between the link arm and the seat base and a link arm and backrest pivot connection between the link arm and the backrest and the backrest movable track. The seat base track arrangement includes a seat base fixed track and a seat base moveable track that is moveable along the seat base fixed track. The seat base fixed track is connected to a vehicle seat support and the seat base moveable track is connected to the seat base. The backrest fixed track is connected to a vehicle backrest support. At least one locking device is connected to the vehicle seat. A release/lock mechanism is connected to the locking device for releasing and locking the at least one locking device.
Track assembly
A track assembly including a track and a support. The support may be configured for selective connection with the track. The support may include a lock plate that may be configured to selectively limit movement of the support relative to the track in at least one of a first direction and a second direction. The support may include an anchor that may be configured to selectively limit movement of the support relative to the track in at least one of the second direction and a third direction. The support may include a cam that may be configured to selectively engage and disengage at least one of the lock plate and the anchor from the track.
Mower deck with a three-dimensional single belt transmission
[Summary] A mower unit includes an idler pulley unit and a single belt routed around an output pulley of a drive source, the idler pulley unit and a plurality of blade pulleys. The idler pulley unit includes a first idler pulley, a second idler pulley and a tension idler pulley. A pulley height of the idler pulley unit is set higher than a pulley height of the blade pulleys, and a forward belt portion from the output pulley and a reverse belt portion to the output pulley extend to pass over and above the blade belt portion.
Off-road vehicle
A vehicle shown herein is a side by side utility vehicle having a skid plate positioned beneath a frame, wherein at least a portion of an edge of the skid plate extends upward above a lowermost portion of the frame. The vehicle may further or alternatively include a brake and steering mount coupled to the frame, at least one tie down integrated into the frame, at least on deflection shield positioned between a radiator of the vehicle and a seating area of the vehicle, a floor having at least one channel, and/or a propeller shaft accessible through a console of the floor of the vehicle.
RAIL FOR VEHICLE SEAT AND VEHICLE SEAT COMPRISING SUCH A RAIL
A rail for vehicle seat that has first and second sliding rail members driven by a motorized drive mechanism. The rail further includes a mechanical latch actuated when crash conditions are detected.
Seat track assembly with memory mechanism
A seat track assembly provides forward and rearward movement of a seat assembly. A latch mechanism allows movement of a movable track between a plurality of positions. A memory mechanism with a memory plate and a memory tab are operable between a home position in which the memory tab is disposed in a recess of the moveable track, and a memory position in which the memory plate is coupled with a plurality of angled teeth to define a selected position. Actuation of the memory mechanism to the memory position unlocks the latch mechanism to allow movement of the movable track in a first direction away from the selected position to an easy-entry position. Movement of the movable track in a second direction from the easy-entry position stops the movable track at the selected position, allowing the latch mechanism to lock and the memory mechanism to return to the home position.
SEAT DEVICE
A seat moves along a rail in the front-back direction of a vehicle. A juxtaposed member (receiving member) extending in the front-back direction of the vehicle is joined to a floor or the seat so as to be located next to the rail. A detected portion is provided either to the juxtaposed member or to a member which is located on the floor side or the seat side which moves relative to the floor or the seat to which the juxtaposed member is coupled. A sensor that detects the detected portion is provided either to the juxtaposed member or to the member located on the floor side or the seat side. As a result of this configuration, the installation position of the sensor is less spatially restricted than the case in which the sensor is provided to the rail.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat includes a seat cushion, a seat back, a seat position adjusting device that moves and adjusts the seat cushion back and forth, and a seat position detector that detects a position of the seat cushion. The seat position adjusting device includes an upper rail that supports the seat cushion, a lower rail secured to a floor of a vehicle and configured to move the upper rail, a manipulation lever disposed inside with respect to the upper rail, and a bracket that is secured to the upper rail and supports the manipulation lever. The bracket includes a first portion that supports the manipulation lever, a second portion integratedly formed with the first portion and to which the seat position detector is mounted, and a slit that separates the first portion and the second portion.
SLIDING DEVICE
Provided is a sliding device. The sliding device includes a fixed rail, a movable rail, a rack, a pinion, a locking mechanism that restricts sliding of the movable rail, and a gear mechanism. The gear mechanism includes multiple gears and transmits a rotation generated in an electric motor to the pinion. The gear mechanism is configured such that the pinion is capable of rotating more than a specified angle of rotation when the electric motor is in a stopped state.
Vehicle Seat
Provided is a vehicle seat which is attached to a floor of a vehicle via a rail device and a coupling device with a high level of stiffness so as to minimize deformation of the rail device and the coupling device without substantially increasing the weight and the manufacturing cost of the seat. The vehicle seat is provided with an upper engagement portion secured to a member on a side of an upper rail of the rail device, and a lower engagement portion secured to a member on a side of a lower rail of the rail device and including a part opposing a corresponding part of the upper engagement portion from above defining a prescribed gap therebetween. The coupling device is provided laterally spaced from the rail device, and the upper engagement portion and the lower engagement portion are provided substantially directly above the coupling device.
