Sliding device for a vehicle seat
The present invention relates to a sliding device (1) for a vehicle seat. The sliding device comprises a pair of parallel slideways (3a, 3b), each of which comprises a lower rail (5a, 5b), an upper rail (7a, 7b) slidably mounted to the lower rail and a latch (21a, 21b) for allowing/preventing a movement of the upper rail relative to the lower rail; a releasing member (29) is provided for driving said latches to a position in which the upper rails are free to move relative to the lower rails. According to the invention, each latch (21a, 21b) comprises a rear portion which is bent into a “U”-like shape and comprises a lower leg carrying latching elements (37a, 37b) configured to cooperate with corresponding latching elements (41a, 41b) provided in the lower rail and an upper leg configured to engage the releasing member (29). The design of the latches of the sliding device of the invention allows to improve the reliability of said sliding device.
SLIDING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE SEAT PROVIDED WITH AN IMPROVED LOCKING ARRANGEMENT
A sliding device for a vehicle seat is provided with an improved locking arrangement. The locking arrangement includes a pair of locking assemblies, each including one or more locking pins suitable for locking upper rails of the seat tracks to respective lower rails. The locking arrangement also includes a releasing assembly suitable for driving the locking pins to an unlocking configuration and comprising a releasing member and a pair of connecting members, which are in a force transmission connection with the releasing member and with the locking pins of a respective locking assembly. The connecting members are entirely received within the respective tracks, and the releasing assembly is configured to convert a rotational movement of the releasing member into a linear movement of the locking pins of the locking assemblies.
Motor vehicle seat floor slide rail having a gap elimination structure
A motor vehicle seat floor slide rail includes a lower slide rail assembly (100), an upper slide rail assembly (200) and a gap elimination mechanism (230, 230′), with a shaft-provided gap elimination cam (231L, 231R), on an upper slide rail longitudinal end, having a rotation center (232a) axis perpendicular to an upper rail longitudinal direction. A locking window face (117L, 117R) has an aluminum slide rail (110) longitudinal gap elimination face (113L, 113R). A rail locked state has a cam face (2311L, 2311R) in contact with the gap elimination face to eliminate a Y and Z direction gap. In a rail unlocked state, a locking mechanism (240) drives the gap elimination cam, such that the cam face loses contact with the gap elimination face. The gap elimination cam moves in linkage with the locking mechanism, reducing sliding friction, and having the advantage of low sliding assistance motive power.
Blocking and contact system for the electrical connection of an on-board power supply of a motor vehicle to a removable vehicle seat or a seat system
A blocking and contact system for an electrical connection of an on-board power supply of a motor vehicle to a vehicle seat or a seat system that is blockable, removable, and longitudinally displaceable. Such a system is of structurally simple construction, and facilitates a rapid and automatic electrical connection in every position without additional control by a user.
Seat adjustment device
A seat adjustment device for a vehicle comprising a base member, a pair of lower rails, a pair of upper rails, a pair of latch assemblies, a handle, and a top member, wherein the adjustment device is adjustable within a range toward the front of the vehicle or the rear of the vehicle.
Longitudinal adjuster for a vehicle seat, and vehicle seat
A longitudinal adjuster (3) for a vehicle seat (1) includes at least one rail pair (7), including a lower rail (9) and an upper rail (11), which can be moved longitudinally in relation to the lower rail (9). At least one locking unit (13) locks the upper rail (11). At least one actuating element (5) releases the locking of the upper rail (11). The locking unit (13) includes at least one locking element (15) and at least one spring element (17), which are operatively engaged with each other. The spring element (17) is interlockingly and frictionally connected to the upper rail (11) by an insertion locking connection (S). The spring element (17) applies a preloading force to the actuating element (5) and to the locking element (15). A vehicle seat (1) is also provided with at least one such longitudinal adjuster (3).
According to the invention, each latch (21a, 21b) comprises a rear portion which is bent into a U-like shape and comprises a lower leg carrying latching elements (37a, 37b) configured to cooperate with corresponding latching elements (41a, 41b) provided in the lower rail and an upper leg configured to engage the releasing member (29). The design of the latches of the sliding device of the invention allows to improve the reliability of said sliding device.
SLIDING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE SEAT PROVIDED WITH AN IMPROVED RELEASING ASSEMBLY
