20200009995 · 2020-01-09 ·

A blocking and contact system for an electrical connection of an on-board power supply of a motor vehicle to a vehicle seat or a seat system that is blockable, removable, and longitudinally displaceable. Such a system is of structurally simple construction, and facilitates a rapid and automatic electrical connection in every position without additional control by a user.

Seat Sliding Device
20240100999 · 2024-03-28 ·

A seat sliding device includes a lever member, a lock member, a rear biasing member, an operation member, and a front biasing member. A cylindrical portion of the operation member is inserted inside the lever member. At a front end of the front biasing member inserted into the cylindrical portion of the operation member, a retaining portion and a release portion are formed, the retaining portion preventing the operation member from moving forward, and the release portion extending forward from the retaining portion. A through-hole that penetrates into an interior of the cylindrical portion of the operation member is formed in an upper surface or a lower surface of a part that is forward of a part inserted into the lever member, of the cylindrical portion of the operation member at a position facing the release portion or at a position on a front side from the release portion.

SEAT SLIDE DEVICE

A release lever includes: a release pressing portion pressing a portion around a lock portion of a plate spring to release an engagement of the lock portion with a locked portion; an operation portion located in a front side of the release lever and operated by a lock release operation of an operation handle; and a swing fulcrum portion provided between the release pressing portion and the operation portion. The plate spring integrally includes: a base including the swing fulcrum portion and fixed to an upper rail; a rear biasing portion located behind the base in a vehicle front-rear direction and biasing the lock portion in a lock direction; and a front biasing portion located in front of the base in the vehicle front-rear direction and biasing the operation handle upward. The front biasing portion has a biasing force smaller than that of the rear biasing portion.

Seat slide device

A seat slide device includes a pair of sliders each including a fixed rail, a movable rail slidably guided by the fixed rail, a bracket on the movable rail configured so that front and rear sides swing opposite to each other in a vertical direction with a longitudinal-intermediate part as a fulcrum, a support bracket supported on the bracket via a hinge and configured to rotate in only one direction from a predetermined orientation about an lateral-direction axis relative to the bracket, a movement-restricting portion configured to restrict sliding of the movable rail while a rear part of the bracket is raised and to release the restriction while the rear part of the bracket is lowered; and a towel bar connecting each support bracket. The hinge part prohibits a rotation of the support bracket while the towel bar is lifted and permits the rotation while the towel bar is lowered.

MOTOR VEHICLE SEAT FLOOR SLIDE RAIL HAVING A GAP ELIMINATION STRUCTURE
20190225116 · 2019-07-25 ·

A motor vehicle seat floor slide rail includes a lower slide rail assembly (100), an upper slide rail assembly (200) and a gap elimination mechanism (230, 230), with a shaft-provided gap elimination cam (231L, 231R), on an upper slide rail longitudinal end, having a rotation center (232a) axis perpendicular to an upper rail longitudinal direction. A locking window face (117L, 117R) has an aluminum slide rail (110) longitudinal gap elimination face (113L, 113R). A rail locked state has a cam face (2311L, 2311R) in contact with the gap elimination face to eliminate a Y and Z direction gap. In a rail unlocked state, a locking mechanism (240) drives the gap elimination cam, such that the cam face loses contact with the gap elimination face. The gap elimination cam moves in linkage with the locking mechanism, reducing sliding friction, and having the advantage of low sliding assistance motive power.

CONTROL SYSTEM FOR LOCKING DEVICES FOR A VEHICLE SEAT, TRACK MECHANISM, AND VEHICLE SEAT ASSEMBLY
20240198865 · 2024-06-20 ·

A control system for locking devices for vehicle seats comprising a chassis and an element mobile along a straight direction relative to the chassis and a first pivoting arm. A first end of the first pivoting arm is fixed to the mobile element of the linear actuator. A second end of the first pivoting arm is adapted to push, respectively pull, a first pin of a first locking device when the mobile element of the linear actuator is moved relative to the chassis, in order to control locking or unlocking of the first locking device.

Long rail assembly with triple rail configuration
12005813 · 2024-06-11 · ·

A long rail assembly for repositioning a seat assembly in a vehicle comprising an inboard lower channel, an inboard manual drive assembly, an outboard lower channel, an outboard manual drive assembly, a central lower channel, and a power drive assembly. The inboard lower channel is adapted to extend longitudinally along a floor of the vehicle. The inboard manual drive assembly is coupled to the seat assembly and slidably coupled to the inboard lower channel. The outboard lower channel is adapted to extend longitudinally along the floor of the vehicle. The outboard manual drive assembly is coupled to the seat assembly and slidably coupled to the outboard lower channel. The central lower channel is adapted to extend longitudinally along the floor of the vehicle. The power C drive assembly is coupled to the seat assembly and slidably coupled to the central lower channel. The power drive assembly power drives the seat assembly along the central lower channel.

FREE HINGE DRIVE SYSTEM FOR LINK OF VEHICLE SEAT
20240278693 · 2024-08-22 ·

A free hinge drive system for a link of a vehicle seat such as a relaxation seat includes a first pinion gear of a motor and a second pinion gear of a brake device that are connected by an interconnection member, and a first sector gear gear-coupled to a first pinion gear and a second sector gear gear-coupled to a second pinion gear have symmetric shapes. In operation, a free hinge of the link is rotated by release of a braking force of the brake device during a relaxation operation, and the free hinge of the link is restrained by a braking force when the relaxation operation is not performed, thereby preventing lift of a second front height link corresponding to another side output (outer side) in the event of a rear collision, improving passenger safety, and minimizing forward and rearward movements of the vehicle seat.

SLIDING DEVICE

Provided is a sliding device that allows two release levers to operate in a synchronous manner. The sliding device includes a lock portion that is displaceable between a locking position and a non-locking position; a release lever configured to be displaced by an operating force; an operation portion provided at a first end of the release lever in an extending direction thereof to receive the operating force; an action portion provided at a second end of the release lever in the extending direction thereof to transmit the operating force to the lock portion via the release lever; and an operating lever provided to the movable rail and displaceable between an operating position to apply the operating force to the operation portion and a non-operating position to apply no operating force to the operation portion.

SEAT APPARATUS

A seat apparatus includes: a seat on which a passenger of a vehicle sits; an inputter which is operated by the passenger; a fixer which fixes a position of the seat until the inputter is operated by the passenger and allows the position of the seat to be movable in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle when the inputter is operated by the passenger; and a restrictor which restricts the movement of the seat when a predetermined condition related to a traveling state of the vehicle or an external environment of the vehicle is satisfied in comparison with a case in which the predetermined condition is not satisfied.
