Seat lifter
A seat lifter includes: an inner link for changing a height position of an inner lower arm with respect to a floor of a vehicle; an outer link for changing a height position of an outer lower arm with respect to the floor, a coupling rod that couples the inner link to the outer link; a planetary gear mechanism capable of causing the coupling rod to rotate relative to the inner lower arm and the outer lower arm; a drive unit capable of driving the planetary gear mechanism; and a power transmission rod that transmits power of the drive unit to the planetary gear mechanism. One of the planetary gear mechanism and the drive unit is disposed outside the outer lower arm in the width direction. The other of the planetary gear mechanism and the drive unit is disposed outside the inner lower arm in the width direction.
VEHICLE SEAT
Provide is a vehicle seat capable of inhibiting rattling of a seat cushion provided with a lifting device. One embodiment of the present disclosure is a vehicle seat including a lifting device for a seat cushion. The lifting device includes a pinion gear, a sector gear engaged therewith, a link rotating, together with the sector gear, with respect to the cushion frame, and a rubber member attached to the cushion frame. The link is displaced between a first position where a position of the seat cushion is lowest and a second position where the position of the seat cushion is highest. When the link is at the first position, or at the second position, or in a region between the first position and the second position, the rubber member is brought in pressure contact with the sector gear along a direction intersecting a rotational axis of the sector gear.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat (11) includes a seat frame (22a) having an opening (46) in a plate-shaped part (43), and an actuator (31) mounted on the plate-shaped part (43). Accordingly, it is possible to provide a vehicle seat that further contributes to quietness in the interior of a vehicle.
CONNECTION BAR MOUNTING STRUCTURE AND VEHICLE SEAT
A connection bar mounting structure includes: link members, each including a first hole part in a middle part; vehicle members, each configured to rotatably support each link member at a first fixation part of each link member; side frames, each configured to rotatably support each link member at a second fixation part of each link member opposite to the first fixation part across the first hole part; and a connection bar, each end thereof fixed to the first hole part of each link member. Each link member has a first bending rigidity reduced section between the middle part and the first fixation part and a second bending rigidity reduced section between the middle part and the second fixation part, the first and second bending rigidity reduced sections having bending rigidity smaller than those of the middle part, the first fixation part, and the second fixation part.
VEHICLE SEAT
The vehicle seat includes: a seat cushion; a seat back; a lifter link mechanism wherein the seat cushion is displaced by a sector gear being displaced; and a speed reducer-equipped motor including a pinion gear engaging with the sector gear; and a first and second restriction portions that stop the rotation of the pinion gear to one side. The sector gear is displaced to one side by the pinion gear being rotated to one side. The displacement of the sector gear to one side is stopped by the rotation of the pinion gear to one side being stopped by the first and second restriction portions. The sector gear is displaced to the other side by the pinion gear being rotated to the other side. The rotation of the pinion gear to the other side is stopped by the displacement of the sector gear to the other side being restricted.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat includes right and left side frames 10, and an elastic member (cushion spring 20) run between the right and left side frames 10. The right and left side frames 10 include side walls 11 disposed opposite to each other in a lateral direction, and flange portions (upper flange portions 12) respectively extending laterally inward from the side walls 11, and the elastic member is attached to the flange portions.
Seat frame for vehicle seat
A bracket for attaching an actuator is easily bonded to a side frame while avoiding interference with a shaft for driving a reclining mechanism. In a seat side frame which is provided at each of both ends of a seat back frame in the width direction, a reclining mechanism, and an actuator, the reclining mechanism is attached to a side wall of the side frame, and the actuator is fixed to an attachment bracket bonded to an inner surface of a portion to which the reclining mechanism is attached in the side wall in the width direction. An upper portion which is disposed above the attachment portion of the reclining mechanism and a lower portion which is disposed below the attachment portion thereof are connected to each other at the rear ends thereof and are separated from each other at the front ends thereof.
ADJUSTING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE SEAT AND VEHICLE SEAT
An adjusting device for a vehicle seat for adjusting a component of the vehicle seat, may have a tube, a motor and a pinion which is drivable by the motor. The motor and the pinion may be arranged in the tube. In addition, a vehicle seat may have a transverse tube, a component which is movable relative to the transverse tube and the adjusting device for adjusting the component relative to the transverse tube.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat may have adjustment kinematics and a drive device for driving the adjustment kinematics. The adjustment kinematics may have at least one movable rocker and a transverse tube which is mounted rotatably about an axis of rotation. An end region of the rocker may be connected to the transverse tube for rotation therewith. A toothed segment which is curved about the axis of rotation may be connected to the transverse tube for rotation therewith, and, in order to drive the adjustment kinematics, the toothed segment is rotatable about the axis of rotation by the drive device.
VEHICLE SEAT
Provided is a vehicle seat that can absorb energy with a link while maintaining engagement of gears in a lifting device. One embodiment of the present disclosure is the vehicle seat including a seat cushion, a cushion frame supporting the seat cushion, and the lifting device configured to raise and lower at least a portion of the seat cushion. The lifting device includes a pinion gear held by the cushion frame, a sector gear engaged with the pinion gear, and the link to which the sector gear is fixed and which is rotatably coupled to the cushion frame. The link is made of a material with a lower yield stress than a material forming the sector gear.
