Portable car seat
The present disclosure relates to a portable car seat comprising a backrest part, and a seat part rotating to be positioned at a front side or a rear side of the backrest part, wherein the backrest part includes an aluminum frame.
ANCHOR ATTACHMENT DETECTION SENSORS
An anchor attachment detection sensor for a vehicle. An anchor associated with a passenger seat includes an attachment loop. The anchor attachment detection sensor also includes a sensor affixed on and fully supported by the attachment loop. The sensor detects an interaction applied to the attachment loop and sensor by a child safety seat connector. A method of detecting the attachment of a child safety seat connector to an anchor in a motor vehicle includes detecting an interaction of the child safety seat connector with an attachment loop of an anchor using a sensor supported by the attachment loop and determining with a microprocessor control system coupled to the sensor if a child safety seat connector has been coupled to the anchor based on the interaction detected by the sensor.
Support base for a child safety seat
A support base for a child safety seat includes a shell, a belt clamp, a latching mechanism and a belt retaining structure. The shell is adapted to receive a child seat thereon, and has a panel at an end thereof. The belt clamp is pivotally connected with the shell and is disposed adjacent to the panel, the panel rising above the belt clamp, the belt clamp being operable to clamp a lap belt portion of a vehicle safety belt adjacent to a surface of the shell. The latching mechanism is operable to lock the belt clamp in a clamping state. The belt retaining structure is provided on the panel, and is configured to hold a shoulder belt portion of a vehicle safety belt adjacent to the panel.
Anti-child tether hook cargo tie-down
A cargo tie-down for installation on a vehicle body is provided. The vehicle body includes a rear seat and a child restraint tether anchorage located rearward of the rear seat for attachment of an associated child restraint tether hook provided as part of an associated child restraint for securing the associated child restraint on the rear seat. The cargo tie-down includes a base having a mounting bracket configured for attachment to the vehicle body, a cover member rotatably mounted to the base for covering the base, and a hook main body rotatably mounted to the base. The hook-main body is configured to prevent the associated child restraint tether hook from being secured to the cargo tie-down.
Method and system for child safety
A child car seat is disclosed. The car seat has a seat form for accommodating a child. A belt for retaining a child is disposed within the child car seat. A first buckle is operable between a first open position and a second other fastened position, for when fastened fastening the belt to retain a child and for when open facilitating installation and removal of a child from the child car seat. The child car seat also has an integrated interface port for removably retaining a first electronic circuit having communication circuitry for communicating with an automobile. The interface port has electrical conductors for electrically coupling with the electrical circuitry within the first electronic circuit.
CHILD SAFETY SEAT
A child safety seat includes a seat shell having a backrest portion and a sidewall protruding forward from the backrest portion, an adjustable headrest movable along the backrest portion, and a first belt guide fixedly connected with the sidewall at a top thereof and a second belt guide provided on the headrest, wherein the first belt guide and the second belt guide are configured to receive a shoulder belt portion of a vehicle seatbelt disposed through a gap between the sidewall and the headrest. In some embodiments, the child safety seat may include a latch belt disposed transversally across the seat shell and having two opposite ends respectively provided with two connectors for attachment to an anchorage provided in a vehicle, and a storage compartment on a rear of the backrest portion adapted to receive the two connectors of the latch belt.
Strap indicator
The invention is an indicator means on a strap to provide a means of showing when slack in the strap is removed and/or tension is applied to the strap. The strap is secured with respect to an object at one end and to an anchor point at the other end and the indicator means shows visually that the strap has at least had all slack removed therefrom and where the indicator means is arranged to provide an indication from both sides of the strap to allow a visual indication of tension regardless of which direction the strap extends away from the object.
Child Safety Seat
A child safety seat includes a first and a second restraining device, and an alert device and a first and a second switch serially connected in a series circuit. Each of the first and second restraining device is deployable to engage with a corresponding structure provided in a vehicle, each of the first and second restraining devices being operable independently and having an idle position and a deployed position. The first and second switches are respectively coupled operatively to the first and second restraining device, and are respectively closed when the first restraining device is in the deployed position and the second restraining device in the idle position. The alert device is thereby activable to emit an alert signal when the first restraining device is in the deployed position and the second restraining device in the idle position.
CHILD SAFETY SEAT AND ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WARNING DEVICE THEREOF
An assembly system warning device includes a first assembly member, a second assembly member, a main circuit, a power supply, an alarm device, a first circuit, a first switch, a second circuit and a second switch. When the first assembly member is located at an assembly position and the second assembly member is located at an idle position, the main circuit and the second circuit are connected in series to form a closed circuit. When the second assembly member is located at an assembly position and the first assembly member is located at an idle position, the main circuit and the first circuit are connected in series to form a closed circuit.
User-defined stimulation patterns for juvenile products
Systems and methods define a stimulation pattern for a juvenile product utilizing a mobile device that executes a mobile application that is linked to the juvenile product. The method comprises the step of recognizing, by the mobile device when executing the mobile app, the user-defined stimulation pattern for the juvenile product. The stimulation pattern can be a vibration pattern or a motion pattern, and can be detected in a number of different ways by the mobile device. The method further comprises the step of determining control signals for the actuator(s) of the juvenile product based on the user-defined stimulation pattern that is recognized by the mobile device. The method further comprises the step of, in response to receiving a command to execute the user-defined stimulation pattern, controlling the actuator(s) of the juvenile product based on the stored control signals for the user-defined stimulation pattern.
