An undergarment is provided that does not include a waistband. The undergarment is reusable and does not require adhesives. The undergarment includes a flexible crotch panel and flexible leg bands. The crotch panel is coupled to the inner-leg portion of a left leg band and to the inner-leg portion of a right leg band.

An undergarment having a body portion, a channel and a tubular member. The body portion has a front portion, a back portion and a crotch portion positioned between the front portion and back portion wherein the crotch portion has a first end and a second end. The channel extends between a first end and a second end of the crotch portion. The tubular member is positioned in the crotch portion of the body portion of the undergarment so as to fit between the buttocks of an individual.

Athletic garments and methods of their use are provided. One garment includes, for instance: a waist band, and an insulated panel configured to form a pouch to conformally cover a groin and genital area of a person. At least one end of the insulated panel is coupled to a portion of the waistband. Also disclosed is a method of using the athletic garment including providing the athletic garment and providing an ice bath for a person wearing the athletic garment.

A bodybuilding competition suit number tab is provided. The suit number tab embodies a tubular tab of stretch material for securing a competition number to a competition suit without fear of damaging the suit, or making the competitor uncomfortable during competition, or the number falling off. The tubular tab may be formed by folding a sheet of stretch material so that opposing ends generally align, and then joining the opposing ends. The tubular tab may then be inverted and joined to a bottom portion of the competition suit before connecting the competition number to the tubular tab, utilizing the space provided by the lumen of the tubular tab.

A garment worn under the clothes of a wearer comprising a lower portion and an upper portion wherein a bottom edge of the upper portion is coupled to a top edge of the lower portion along a seam. The lower portion supports a pelvic area of the wearer. The upper portion extends from the top edge of the lower portion to a ribcage area of the wearer. A top edge of the upper portion has an elastic material configured to maintain a position of the top edge of the upper portion proximate to the ribcage area of the wearer such that, when a particular movement of the wearer causes the clothes of the wearer to expose skin of the lower back area and abdomen of the wearer, the upper portion is exposed while covering the lower back area and the abdomen of the wearer.

The present invention relates to a self-supporting garment for the lower body, closed either only in front or in back, or partially open in front and in back, comprising a lower support strap (5; 11) and one or two upper support straps (4; 9,10), which are connected to one another at a front connecting point (6; 12) and/or at a rear connecting point (7; 13), where the support straps lying against the pelvis (4,5) or support straps (9,10) and their respective connecting points (6; 7; 12,13) are manufactured of a dimensionally stable and elastic material.

Disclosed herein is a male underpants garment compartmentally isolating the penis, the scrotum and the groin area. A penis pouch with ventilations gaps allows a free flow of air and providing a dry and cool environment for the genitalia, while being capable of correcting the penis at either flaccid or erect state. A two piece, composite men's underwear garment. In a preferred embodiment, boxer briefs, briefs are comprised of a first, outer layer and a second, inner layer. The first, outer layer covers the back area and thighs, and is as long as required or desired, while the crotch area is open, and is attachable to the inner-layer through the waistband, typically using a belt passing through the waist band, which may have one or more openings to assist in attachment. The second, inner layer is similar to a jockstrap covering a crotch area and attached to the outer-layer's waistband using a belt. In an alternative embodiment the boxers can be replaced with a brief, or other style first, outer layer. Additionally, the waist band of the first, outer layer can be comprised of one or more buttons enabling the adjusting the first, outer layer between three different sizes.

An infused undergarment device for use as a delivery device for colonizing the vagina with Lactobacillus in patients who test positive for or report symptoms of vaginitis. The infused undergarment employs a sponge impregnated with Lactobacillus crispatus Freeze Dried Powder. The sponge, having channels to direct the powder, is held in place by a mesh fabric sewn into the groin portion of the undergarment, which allows the c n ay delivery of the powder. The undergarment may also be used to help maintain normal flora of the vagina in the absence of symptoms in a prophylactic manner to prevent future infection. The undergarment is sealed in an opaque aluminum foil package to prevent light and environment air from degrading effectiveness.
