Disclosed herein are trouser assemblies including a trouser assembly that may include: a trouser that may include: a trouser waistband having an internal waistband surface; a right leg portion coupled to the trouser waistband and having a right leg internal surface; a left leg portion coupled to the trouser waistband and the right leg portion and having a left leg internal surface; a rear trouser button coupled to the left leg portion, the right leg portion, or the trouser waistband, wherein the rear trouser button may be configured for removable coupling to a rear portion of underpants; and a front trouser button coupled to the left leg internal surface, the right leg internal surface, or the internal waistband surface, wherein the front trouser button may be configured for removable coupling to a front portion of the underpants.

A woman's bottom garment provides a concealed accessible opening for elimination. A relief area may be positioned primarily on the back side of the garment while the wearer is in a standing posture, and may shift forward sufficiently when the wearer sits or squats so as to allow elimination when the free edges of the panels in the relief area are pulled away from each other. The embodiments reduce the number of seams in contact with areas that may chafe, such as the inner thighs and groin area, and reduce the bulk of the material of the accessible covering.

An undergarment can include a waistband with an internal pocket for placement of a colostomy bag therein. The waistband can completely contain the colostomy bag. A crotch strap can extend from an attached end, at a back of the undergarment, to a removable connection at the front of the undergarment. The user can easily convert the undergarment between underpants, that retain the features of holding the colostomy bag within its waist band, and a simple band for retaining the colostomy bag therein, where the crotch strap can easily fold and store about a back of the waist band.

A bodysuit garment includes a main body member having a front panel, a back panel, a head opening, a pair of arm openings and an open bottom end. The bottom end of the front panel includes a protruding section that terminates along the pelvic area of a wearer. Multiple rows of connectors are positioned along the protruding section. A lower panel extends downward from the bottom end of the back panel. The lower panel includes a gusset along the length thereof, and a second connector along the distal end. The second connector removably engages any of the first connectors on the protruding section to secure the gusset in the closed position when wearing. During use, the location of the protruding panel and the connectors is visible to the wearer so as to be accessible and is not positioned against the vaginal area of the wearer.

A garment is provided to be worn post-surgery during recovery from urological surgical procedure. The garment is in the form of men's underwear or brief, with features provided to assist in recovery and comfort of the user. The garment includes a center flap that can be opened to provide access to a center pocket that is aligned with the user's crotch. The center pocket contains a moldable body that can be molded to a particular shape to support and hold the user's penis in a pre-determined orientation to facilitate the recovery process. The flap also includes a pocket that can contain a heating/cooling pack that is arranged to apply heat/cooling to the surgical site. The garment is also configured to accept and support a medical drainage tube to drain the surgical wound, and a drainage pump as needed.

Technology is described for a garment. The garment can include a body garment having a collar and sleeves. A body shaper may have a top edge attached to the body garment and a bottom edge. A half slip may be attached at the bottom edge of the body shaper. An underpants portion can be attached at the bottom edge of the body shaper. In addition, a fastener may join a first fabric flap and second fabric flap at a crotch.

An assembly is disclosed, the assembly for providing release structure to a lanyard or strap adapted to be worn on the body, such as a neck strap. The release structure consists of a snap button assembly configured such that the release pull generated by tension in the strap is directed along an axis perpendicular to the closure and rotation plane of the male and female portion of the snap button assemblies. With structure to configure a release pull in such an axis, a safety feature is provided to the wearer such that tension in the strap, when it reaches a sufficient force to overcome the closure forces of the snap button assembly, will release the closed snap button and allow the strap to fall away from the body. Also, as in the case of a firefighter wearing an SCBA fire mask, it prevents the firefighter from being entangled or tethered if the strap were to get accidentally hooked or caught on something. The breakaway will allow the firefighter to continue using the mask with no interruption of breathing air from the mask. In lanyards and tool holders, those fall away from the body. In the case of a firefighter, the mask does not fall away from the body.

Some shapewear and other similar undergarments are equipped with an open gusset, which provides an opening at the crotch region to allow the wearer to use the restroom without removing any garments. A typical double gusset construction requires two hands to pull apart both layers in order to use the restroom, which can make using the restroom more difficult for the wearer. The stretchable gusset disclosed herein addresses the limitations of existing gusset constructions. The gusset panel is fixedly or seamlessly attached to the front body panel and fixedly or seamlessly attached to the back body panel. An access space is formed by leaving at least a portion of a lateral gusset panel edge unattached to any other portion of the garment. The access space can be widened with one hand due to the highly stretchable characteristics of the gusset panel.
