Disclosed is a male undergarment that has an expandable pouch. The pouch expands as needed depending on the male's genitalia. The pouch has a horizontal elastic band one and two-third inches below the garment's waistband which enables the pouch to adjust as needed. This horizontal elastic band is to be a half an inch long and one cm width depending on the size of the pouch. This pouch also has a four technique fold of material to increase comfort in the pouch. The two components combined creates a pouch that expands to the male's need.

A garment that includes a main body, a waistband positioned along an upper side of the main body, and a pouch positioned centrally and frontally on the main body with respect to the user. The pouch includes an auxiliary pouch, an orifice panel forming an orifice, and a hood covering the orifice panel from an outside surface thereof. The auxiliary pouch is configured to accommodate a first anatomical part of the user. The orifice is configured to accommodate insertion of a second anatomical part of the user therethrough into a separated space. The separated space is defined by an outside surface of the orifice panel and an inside surface of the hood. Next-to-skin garments for men include an internal stretch panel. An opening in the stretch panel receives a wearer's external genitalia. A three-dimensional pouch is defined between the stretch panel and a front portion of the body of the garment. Embodiments provide garments such as undershorts, boarding shorts, and athletic shorts.

An apparatus for concealing and smoothing the appearance of external male genitalia by the embodied systems and novel front-up tucking process is disclosed herein. Existing technologies often require tucking external male genitalia internally, which can lead to adverse health and fertility effects. Not only are health and fertility at risk, but so are comfort and ability for long-term, every day, wear. In presented embodiments, a lower body garment is adorned onto the skin-facing side of the gusset area with the novel front-up tucking pocket (24) consisting of a three-layer system to smooth and conceal the genitalia. This placement and layering system allows for a penis to be comfortably placed inside the pocket, while auxiliary layers provide an upward and inward force toward the body. No tucking of the genitals, or pulling the penis behind and between the legs is necessary or required for the usage of this technology.
