Baby sleep sack
A baby sleep sack that effectively secures an infant in a safe position on their bed is implemented to prevent the baby from sleeping on his side or stomach and encourage the baby to sleep on his back, thereby decreasing the chances of suffocation and SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome) while sleeping. The sleep sack, which may be comprised of cotton and/or other cloth material, has openings at the waist from which straps having respective connectors extend. The openings may be slits in the sleep sack's fabric through which the flat straps are able to extend. The sleep sack's straps may be attached to the sleep sack by stitching against the interior surface of the sleep sack. In typical implementations, the connectors may be positioned at the end of the respective straps and mate with corresponding connectors on an external strap to encourage safe-sleeping habits.
Swaddling device
A swaddling device is described. The swaddling device is Y-shaped pod shaped and configured to substantially enclose a baby. The device includes sleeves having at their ends foldover mitten cuffs or similar selectively openable fasteners. The cuffs allow a caregiver to expose the hand or hands of the baby so as to provide skin-to-skin contact. Alternatively, the caregiver can close the cuffs if scratching is a concern. The device is shaped to provide support and snugness for the baby in its mid-section, while also providing sufficient space for hips and knees to flex. The design of the Swaddle Sack with swaddle snugness provides support and partial suppression of the Moro Reflex without arm restraints and allowing sufficient range of motion for baby's upper section which will reduce risk of suffocation for baby in the event that baby rolls over to prone position, because baby will be able to use his or her arms to reposition his or her head to get access to air.
SWADDLE DEVICE AND METHOD
A swaddle device and method for treating and/or preventing plagiocephaly. The swaddle device includes a fabric garment having an internal cavity configured for housing a positioning support device, one or more wrap layers, and a lower pouch flap. In an embodiment, the swaddle device comprises an inner wrap layer and an outer wrap layer, and the internal cavity and positioning device comprise an internal pocket and a bolster, respectively. In an embodiment, a baby is positioned on the open swaddle device with the positioning support device in relation to the baby's body in a desired position; the inner wrap layer is tightly wrapped around the baby's upper body; the lower pouch flap is wrapped around the baby's legs and lower torso; and the outer wrap layer is tightly wrapped around the baby, positioning support device, inner wrap layer, and lower pouch flap.

The back side positions along a portion of the back side of the body. The torso wrap is configured wrap around a torso of an infant and may include a first side and a second side extendable from the back side of the torso wrap. The diaper flap is configured to wrap around a crotch of the infant and may be extendable from the back side of the harness from an anchor end to a securing end.
INFANT CALMING/SLEEP-AID, SIDS PREVENTION DEVICE, AND METHOD OF USE
An infant calming/sleep-aid/SIDS detection device is provided that includes a main moving platform that moves in a variable manner with accompanying variable sound generation, the sound and motion adapted to calm a fussy baby, induce sleep, and maintain sleep under normal conditions. The device may also have a sensor for detection of pauses in breathing and/or detection of resultant biological changes related to breathing pauses and respond with appropriate stimuli to arouse the baby and allow breathing to recommence.
