A pair of laces connected to the forward end of the pouch thread inside through respective tubular passages of the cuffs, extending upward through different slits in the front of the waistband. The wearer can select the spacing of the laces extending through the slits and the tightness of the laces to customize the pouch shape and tightness for a desired fit.
