A second layer, which is an absorbent material, shaped into an adjustable loop, loops through the openings, the shallow cavity, and down the front of the bib. When the outer section of the loop becomes soiled, the soiled section can be rotated into the shallow cavity, simultaneously exposing an unsoiled section of the loop, providing a refreshed unsoiled outer section.

The VELCRO fastening strips form a detachable connection between the bib-like flap and the elastic band of the underpants. A grip band is situated on the bib-like flap in the detachable area. This grip band is oversized relative to the length of the bib-like flap, so that the user is able to easily reach with his hand between the flap and grip band, and can detach the bib-like flap from the waistband, so that the fly opening is now completely exposed, and he can grip the genitals or activate a catheter.

Compression garment

A compression garment for a limb is disclosed. The garment can include a body portion and a spine portion. Each of the body and spine portions can have a plurality of bands (e.g. bands for adjusting tension of the garment). The spine portion can be releasably attached onto the body portion such that the spine portion is positionable at different locations on the body portion to adjust a width of the garment. The bands of the body portion and/or of the spine portion can be trimmable and include a detachable fastener, whereby as a result the band can be caused to move to a plurality of different positions to adjust the garment to a plurality of different sized limbs (e.g. different sized feet).
