The present disclosure relates to exercise apparel. In one embodiment, the apparel takes the form of a shirt that includes front and back panels and first and second sleeves. A pocket is formed on the outside surface of each sleeve. Each pocket further includes a zippered or Velcro flap for securing an upper opening of the pocket. Each sleeve includes a spandex band extending about the arm opening and adapted to securely fit over the upper arm of the wearer. Each spandex band is in close proximity to the bottom edge of an associated pocket. The bands function in stabilizing the pocket and preventing excess movement while exercising.

A system and method for an infant securing apparatus that allows for infants to remain safely in a crib wherein the infant is prevented from rolling over on their stomach, sit, or stand up and injure themselves, the apparatus having a stable blanket to keep an infant warm while avoiding the infant being suffocated by the blanket.

A wearable blanket includes a body and removable lower pocket coupled to a rear surface of the body along vertical edges of the pocket. Legs of a user are received between the rear surface of the body and the pocket for securing the wearable blanket to the user. An removable upper pocket can be attached to the body and positioned adjacent a chest of a user after the lower pocket is secured to the user.
