AGRICULTURAL SPRAYER WITH COMPRESSED AIR SPRAY

An agricultural sprayer system includes a solution circuit including solution lines and a fluid pump to pump a solution from the solution tank through the solution lines to the spray nozzles; an air circuit including air lines and a source of compressed air to selectively introduce air pressure into the solution circuit; and a control system including a controller configured to control flow of the solution and the compressed air. The controller is configured to perform a spray cycle in which, during a primary portion, a control valve is controlled to isolate the air circuit from the solution circuit so that the solution is pumped by the fluid pump from the solution tank to the spray nozzles, and in which, during an air pressure application portion, the control valve is controlled so that the solution is forced through the solution circuit by the compressed air.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING MULTIPLE LOW RATE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS

A system for dispensing multiple low rate agricultural products, includes an agricultural product metering system, a number of agricultural product tubes, and an agricultural product metering system. The agricultural product metering system is operably connected to sources of low rate agricultural products. The agricultural product tubes are operatively connected to the agricultural product metering system. The agricultural product metering system is configured to dispense liquid low rate agricultural products at a low rate defined as below 3.7 fluid ounces per 1000 row feet.

PRESSURE SELF-CONTROLLED IRRIGATION AND PESTICIDE APPLICATION SPRINKLER FOR MICRO-IRRIGATION SYSTEM

A pressure self-controlled irrigation and pesticide application spray nozzle for a micro-irrigation system, the spray nozzle mainly comprising a spray nozzle body (1), a spray nozzle cap (10), a spring sleeve (7), flow guide holes (2), a spring washer (3), a mist spraying nozzle (4), a rotary acceleration chamber (5), a compression spring (6), circular-arc-shaped flow passages (8), a thread (9), refraction faces (11), an engagement recess, flow guide slots (15), a connecting rod movable hole (16), and a connecting rod (17). The spray nozzle is provided with a double-flow-passage structure. The spray nozzle body (1) is internally provided with the spring sleeve (7) and the spring washer (3). Water flow pressure is controlled to push the spring washer (3) to drive the spring sleeve (7) to move vertically, thereby achieving the switching between two operating modes, i.e., irrigation and mist spraying.

An improvement to a roadside sprayer fixates spray nozzles on a registration plate. The registration plate may include integral tabs depending on the application. Inclination of the tabs is adjustable to place streams and droplets in a desired swath coverage. With the nozzles rigidly mounted onto the plate, the entire plate is nutated. The use of the registration plate in a spray unit creates a uniform nutation among the nozzles, thereby reducing variability in droplet placement, and providing a more predictable spray from the nozzles. In other embodiments, the spray unit is utilized in a spray system adaptable to service vehicles, and may be utilized in conjunction with a vegetation engagement device, such as a cutter to engage multiple zones of a roadway right-of-way. Additionally, an improved spray unit includes an electromagnetic field and an attractor to generate plate motion.

APPARATUS FOR DISPENSING A TREATMENT LIQUID TO A RESPECTIVE AGRICULTURAL CROP

TETHERED UNMANNED ROTORCRAFT CHAIN PLATFORM SYSTEM AND LIQUID CONTINUOUS SPRAYING SYSTEM
20180326441 · 2018-11-15 ·

A tethered unmanned rotorcraft chain platform system and liquid continuous spraying system includes a mobile mooring platform, a power system, a tether, multiple unmanned rotorcrafts, a central control system and a liquid continuous spraying system. The power system moves with the mobile mooring platform and provides electrical power to the multiple unmanned rotorcrafts by the tether. The tether is lifted in the air by the multiple unmanned rotorcrafts to form a three-dimensional polyline/curve, so as to avoid or bypass obstacles and adapt to the terrain variation, thus greatly expanding the horizontal space that can be reached by the tethered unmanned rotorcraft chain and its payload. The delivery pipeline of the liquid continuous spraying system is arranged along the tether to continuously supply a liquid such as agricultural chemicals to spraying nozzles mounted on the delivery pipeline or the unmanned rotorcrafts.
