Method and apparatus for a spray system
An improvement to a roadside sprayer fixates spray nozzles on a registration plate. The registration plate may include integral tabs depending on the application. Inclination of the tabs is adjustable to place streams and droplets in a desired swath coverage. With the nozzles rigidly mounted onto the plate, the entire plate is nutated. The use of the registration plate in a spray unit creates a uniform nutation among the nozzles, thereby reducing variability in droplet placement, and providing a more predictable spray from the nozzles. In other embodiments, the spray unit is utilized in a spray system adaptable to service vehicles, and may be utilized in conjunction with a vegetation engagement device, such as a cutter to engage multiple zones of a roadway right-of-way. Additionally, an improved spray unit includes an electromagnetic field and an attractor to generate plate motion.
Magnetically attachable spray apparatus
The present invention provides an improved magnetically attachable spray apparatus with a spray body extending between an angled mounting surface and a spray means, the angled mounting surface being generally secured to and supported by a magnetically attachable base which is moveable between a horizontal and a vertical configuration.
AIRFOIL FOR FACILITATING FLUID DELIVERY
The application is generally directed towards an airfoil for a fluid delivery tube. The airfoil includes a securing member operably connecting the airfoil to the tube, a fin extending downward and outward from the securing member and terminating in a tip, a shield extending inward and downward from the tip of the fin, and an air guide extending from a first end of the shield.
Electrostatic Spraying Device
There is provided an electrostatic spraying device equipped with a spray nozzle, a support rod, a charging section, a outer cover, a cylindrical body of which one end in an axial direction is attached to an inner surface of a bottom wall of the outer cover, a water intrusion prevention portion which is provided in a middle portion of the cylindrical body in the axial direction to surround the cylindrical body in a circumferential direction and increases in diameter toward the other end of the cylindrical body in the axial direction, and an inner cover which is provided at the other end, covers the water intrusion prevention portion to surround the cylindrical body in the circumferential direction, and opens toward the inner surface, wherein a member that constitutes a part of a power supply path to the charging section is held by the other end.
Aerial boom with through-fan spray
In one embodiment, a boom for a sprayer vehicle, comprising: a fluid-carrying medium; one or more first nozzles fluidly coupled to the fluid-carrying medium; and plural unmanned aerial vehicles tethered together, the plural unmanned aerial vehicles each comprising plural fans, wherein the one or more first nozzles are arranged to discharge material through one or more fans of the plural fans.
Robotic weed treatment processing equipment and agriculture robotic system therewith
The invention relates to a robotic weeding equipment for agriculture robotic weeding system, comprising: a plant squeezer for squeezing cultivated plants, comprising a narrowing end portion and two longitudinal sides, extending backwards from the narrowing end portion when mounted on the agriculture robotic weeding system; a plant squeezer actuator operably connected to the plant squeezer for vertical displacement of the plant squeezer when mounted on the agriculture robotic weeding system; an image recognition device for identification of weeds; and a weed treatment processing device. The plant squeezer is configured to squeeze two parallel rows of cultivated plants to increase the weeding surface between said two parallel rows of cultivated plants. The invention also relates to an agriculture robotic weeding system comprising at least one weeding equipment, preferably three weeding equipment arranged next to each other along a direction perpendicular to the direction of the agriculture robotic weeding system when operating.
Implements and application units having at least one application member for placement of applications with respect to agricultural plants of agricultural fields
Implements and applicators provide for placement of fluid applications with respect to agricultural plants of agricultural fields. In one embodiment, a fluid applicator for applying fluids to plants in rows in a field includes a base disposed between adjacent rows of plants, and at least one application member connected to the base and disposed to apply fluid to a rhizosphere of a row of the plants.
Pressure-based flow meter for a spray nozzle
A spray nozzle for an agricultural sprayer includes a first actively controlled valve configured to control flow through the spray nozzle. A first pressure sensor is disposed upstream of the valve and a second pressure sensor is disposed downstream of the valve. The position of a valve member of the valve can be sensed, and a size of a restrictive orifice defined by the valve can be determined based on the sensed position of the valve member. A controller is configured to determine a flow rate through the valve based on a difference between a first pressure reading from the first pressure sensor and a second pressure reading from the second pressure sensor.
Implements and application units having at least one flexible or pivoting application member for placement of applications with respect to agricultural plants of agricultural fields
Described herein are implements and applicators for placement of fluid applications with respect to agricultural plants of agricultural fields. In one embodiment, a fluid applicator for applying fluids to plants in rows in a field includes a base, at least one flexible or pivoting application member connected to the base and disposed to apply fluid to the plants, and a stabilizer associated with the at least one flexible or pivoting application member. The stabilizer can reduce movement of the application member to provide a more consistent fluid application to the plants.
Agricultural spraying system
An agricultural spraying system with a system to add in a second material to the main material that can expand the spraying system to include mixing.
