SWADDLING DEVICE WITH ADJUSTABLE WRAP
A swaddling device is described. The swaddling device includes a sack configured to substantially enclose a baby. The sack includes sleeves and an attached wrap configured to swaddle the baby. The swaddling device at least partially restricts movement of the baby and thereby suppresses the Moro Reflex, while also snugly enveloping the torso of the baby and thereby providing constant moderate pressure thereto. The wrap is sufficiently narrow so as not to restrict movement of the baby's hips and knees, while also providing access to the lower portion of the baby for diaper changes. Some versions of the device include sleeves having at their ends foldover mitten cuffs or other selectively openable mechanism. The cuffs allow a caregiver to expose the hand or hands of the baby so as to provide skin-to-skin contact. Alternatively, the caregiver can close the cuffs if scratching is a concern.

ADHESIVE FABRIC FASTENER
An adhesive fabric fastener for temporary securing two pieces of fabric or an object to a piece of fabric. In one embodiment, the fastener can be a snap assembly which can include a ball and socket members each associated with adhesive for temporarily securing the ball and socket members to the fabric/objects. In one non-limiting use the fastener can be used to close or reduce the gap created between buttons on a buttoned shirt and such that the fastener is not seen in use. No modification or alteration to the piece of fabric or garment is required for securing the fastener. In another embodiment the fastener can be a cord secured at one end to adhesive tape and at its other end to another piece of adhesive tape.

An upper body garment with an integrated internal pocket. The upper body garment includes a shirt member that has a front portion and a rear portion with a pair of side openings. A plurality of fasteners is embedded along the side openings that allow a wearer to close the side openings. The fasteners attach the front portion to the rear portion. The internal surface of the front portion has an integrated pocket to receive a forearm of the wearer.

Sexual health garments and methods of using the same. The present disclosure includes disclosure of a protective garment, comprising a front garment portion, a rear garment portion, and a non-permeable material portion extending between the front and rear garment portions when connected thereto and comprising a non-permeable material, wherein the protective garment comprises a permeable material and the non-permeable material. In a protective garment embodiment, the front garment portion and the rear garment portion form a unitary band, and wherein the non-permeable material portion extends from a relative front of the band to a relative rear of the band when connected thereto. When worn by a first person, the garment can prevent transmission of a sexually transmitted disease or infection of the first person to a second person (and vice versa) when the second person is orally stimulating the first person by oral contact with the non-permeable material portion.

A wearable blanket includes a body and removable lower pocket coupled to a rear surface of the body along vertical edges of the pocket. Legs of a user are received between the rear surface of the body and the pocket for securing the wearable blanket to the user. An removable upper pocket can be attached to the body and positioned adjacent a chest of a user after the lower pocket is secured to the user. A liner made of warming fabric can be added to or removed from the both the upper and/or lower pocket to regulate comfort.

A massage garment apparatus for automatically receiving massages includes a garment having a plurality of pockets. Each pocket has a pocket opening and a closure mechanism. A plurality of massage pads is each selectively engageable within the plurality of pockets. Each massage pad comprises a pad body. An array of vibrators is coupled within the pad body. A microprocessor is coupled within the pad body and is in operational communication with the array of vibrators. A battery is coupled within the pad body and is in operational communication with the array of vibrators and the microprocessor. A charge port is coupled to the pad edge and is in operational communication with the battery. A receiver is coupled within the pad body and is in operational communication with the array of vibrators, the microprocessor, and the battery. The receiver is configured to communicate with a smartphone.
