PACKAGE BODY FOR CERAMIC SEPARATION MEMBRANE AND PACKAGED ITEM
Provided is a package body for ceramic separation membranes, comprising: a packaging box which stores a plurality of ceramic separation membranes in parallel in a width direction and a height direction; and a plurality of partition packs, wherein each of the partition packs has a thickness equal to or larger than a thickness of each of the ceramic separation membranes, and has a plurality of storing parts, with intervals therebetween in the width direction, which are through holes of a size including a projection shape of the ceramic separation membrane, and the packaging box stores at least two kinds of the partition packs stacked in the height direction with the plurality of storing parts arranged in the width direction in a staggered manner.
SHIPPING SYSTEM FOR STORING AND/OR TRANSPORTING TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE MATERIALS
Shipping system for storing and/or transporting temperature-sensitive materials. In one embodiment, the system includes an outer box having four side walls, bottom closure flaps, and top closure flaps. A vacuum insulated panel (VIP) is detachably coupled to one of the top closure flaps and is removably covered by a cover. An insulation unit is removably positioned within the outer box, the insulation unit including a plurality of VIPs arranged to define a cavity bounded by a bottom wall and four side walls. A disposable liner assembly is removably mounted on the insulation unit. The liner assembly includes a first liner piece, a second liner piece, and a liner support. A plurality of temperature-control members and a product box may be removably positioned in a cavity defined by the liner assembly. The temperature-control members snugly fit around all sides of the product box and each include a container containing dry ice.
Multi-use bottle shipping assembly with resilient elements
A packing tray (10) for packaging glass bottles (B), such as a glass wine bottle, the packing tray comprising: a plastic foam or molded fiber sheet (12) comprising a top wall (14) and an array (20) of recessed cell pockets (22) extending from the top wall; the top wall having a peripheral surface (18) surrounding the array of cell pockets and defining a top reference plane TRP; each cell pocket (22) comprising an open ring-shaped recess (24) having an elongated longitudinal axis LA transverse to the TRP and configured to be substantially aligned with a longitudinal axis of a glass bottle disposed upright in the recess; the ring-shaped recess (24) including an upper cell portion (26) of a first diameter (FD) larger than a body diameter (BD) of the glass bottle, and lower ring portion (28) having resilient elements (30) radially disposed and spaced apart about a circumference (C) of the ring-shaped recess (24) and that extend radially inwardly from the first diameter (FD) and configured to engage the body diameter (BD) of the glass bottle and bend under lateral stress (LS) such that the resilient elements provide repeatable shock absorption; the peripheral surface (18) of the packing tray being sized to engage inner walls (42) of an outer shipping carton (40) in which the packing tray and glass bottles in the array of cell pockets are disposed for shipping.
Battery pack packaging box, and battery pack stored in same
A battery pack packing box capable of easily fixing a battery pack in a lower case by using a buffering member including an insertion hole into which the upper portion of the battery pack is inserted is provided. The buffering member includes a frame and a plurality of wing-shaped ribs.
Floor jack with temporary shipping handles and packaging therefor
This invention is directed towards the packaging of heavy articles such as floor jacks and similar equipment. The package is adapted to allow a heavy article to be rolled out of the package without lifting. The packaging is designed to engage with temporary handles positioned on the packaged article to make it easier for an end user to maneuver the packaged article and to remove the article from the packaging.
CASE WITH CORROSION INHIBITION SYSTEM
A storage solution that provides substantial advantages over existing storage solutions. The storage solution includes a corrosion inhibition system that provides or facilitates free progression or dispersion of volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) molecules in a chamber or cavity formed or enveloped in the storage solution.
Carton with article protection feature
A carton for containing at least one article. The carton comprises at least one panel that can form an interior of the carton. The carton comprises at least one protection feature for protecting the articles from breakage. The article protection feature can comprise at least one feature in end flaps of the carton. The article protection feature can comprise an article protection flap foldably connected to the at least one panel. The article protection flap can be moveable between a first position and a second position wherein the article protection flap is folded relative to the at least one panel.
Tieless flatware display packaging
A tieless package is provided for displaying flatware pieces. The package has a rigid paperboard box. Sized to fit snugly within this box is a formed backer. The backer has a display panel surface and at least one recessed area and an insert recess running across the recessed area. A resilient foam insert is securely set into the insert recess. This insert has shaped slots for inserting individual flatware pieces. Each shaped slot has: a relatively narrow neck, and a relatively wider holding area under the narrow neck. An individual flatware piece is inserted into the slot by squeezing the piece through the relatively narrow neck to seat the piece in the wider holding area, and the foam of the slot's narrow neck recloses over the individual flatware piece after insertion to capture it in the holding area.
Cushioning Member, Packing Body, and Packing Method
A cushioning member includes a cushioning material arranged between a side surface of an object and an exterior box and a positioning member for positioning of the cushioning material with respect to the object. The positioning member includes a holding portion that holds the cushioning material, an engagement portion engaged with an upper surface of the object while the cushioning material held by the holding portion is located at a position set in advance in the side surface of the object, and a coupling portion that couples the holding portion and the engagement portion to each other.
