Spout-equipped container and method for manufacturing same
To provide a spout-equipped container that is excellent in hermetical-sealing performance. The spout-equipped container includes a container and a spout. The spout includes a spout base, an opening element accommodated in a cylinder of the spout base, an activating body which moves the opening element, and a heat sealed sheet which covers an inner opening which fronts an accommodating part in the spout base. The opening element is formed so as not to be get out of the spout base, is formed so as to move toward the heat sealed sheet, and has its center where a spout through hole is formed. The heat sealed sheet is formed so as to be partially torn by the opening element to make the accommodating part of the container and an outer opening of the spout base communicate with outside via the spout through hole of the opening element, and is formed so that an accommodated substance is poured outside.
Closure assembly
A closure including a base, a cutter and a cap is described which is configured to be attached to a container. Upon initial removal of the cap from the base, the cutter is configured to move downwards relative to the base so as to create an opening through the container. The portion of the container through which the cutter creates an opening may be formed of a film that is configured to be easily pierceable by the cutter. Methods of molding the closure components may include co-molding the cutter and base an in integral unit so as to facilitate and expedite assembly of the base, cutter and cap components to form the closure.
Package comprising a drinking device restricted to move in a pre-determined plane
The present disclosure relates to a package for a liquid food product, the package comprising a container and a hollow body for transporting the liquid food product from the container. The hollow body comprises a first part fixedly attached to a first section of the container and a second part releasably attached to a second section of the container, such that when the second part is released from the second section the second part is pivotable around an intersection point between the first part and the second part. Further, the present disclosure includes methods for producing a package comprising a container and a hollow body, and for producing a hollow body arranged to be attached to a container.
Pouring element for a composite packaging and a composite packaging with a pouring element
A pouring element for a composite packaging, in particular for a beverage carton for liquid food, comprising a fastening flange and a pouring tube, a cutting element arranged and guided in the pouring tube, first guide means formed in the pouring tube and second guide means formed on the cutting element, wherein the first and second guide means cooperate correspondingly, and a composite packaging, in particular a beverage carton for liquid foods, with a packaging gable panel suitable for accommodating a pouring element. The first guide means is formed by a surrounding and self-contained rib.
Anti-spurt device
An anti-spurt device, for application in a closure of a container with a cap and a ring with teeth for cutting a sealing membrane. The anti-spurt device may comprise a tube that automatically unfolds from a folded position and may be connected with the cutting ring. In the folded or loaded position, the tube may be outside of the sealing membrane and with the breakage of the membrane, it may be inserted and automatically unfolded in the inside of the container. In a second main embodiment, the need for a cutting ring and membrane may be eliminated, and the tube may be installed on a carriage held by a hook that is released with the opening of the cap.
Laminate sheet and packaging container sleeve
A laminate sheet for a packaging container having a top and a bottom each formed by folding and heat sealing a region including an end portion of a tubular body, formed by overlapping and heat sealing two side edges of a sheet material, the laminate sheet comprising: a top seal section corresponding to the top; a bottom seal section corresponding to the bottom; and a side face section, which is a region sandwiched by the top seal section and the bottom seal section, and including: an inner layer film with a water vapor barrier layer and a sealant layer; a paper substrate; and a thermoplastic resin layer, in sequence from inside the packaging container, wherein a glossy layer is disposed between the paper substrate and the thermoplastic resin layer except for at least part of a region included in the top seal section or the bottom seal section.
SHEET PACKAGING MATERIAL FOR PRODUCING SEALED PACKAGES OF POURABLE FOOD PRODUCTS
A sheet packaging material (200) for producing a sealed package (100) of a pourable food product is disclosed. The packaging material (200) comprises at least one base layer (230) for imparting stiffness to the sheet packaging material (200), at least one lamination layer (234, 238, 242, 246) applied to and covering said base layer (230), and a partially laminated opening zone (204, 234). The opening zone (204, 234) comprises a laminated cutting area (220, 224) having at least three longitudinal portions (220) extending between the centre and the periphery of the opening zone (204, 234), and at least three removable portions (212) adjacent to the laminated cutting area (220, 224), each removable portion (212) being located between two longitudinal portions (220) and having a folding zone (216) adjacent to the periphery of the opening zone (204, 234). In use the removable portions (212) are partly detached from the packaging material (200) by penetration of the laminated cutting area (220, 224) prior to being folded at the folding zone (216) to form an opening in the packaging material (200) for pouring a food product from the package (100). A sealed package (100) formed by folding and sealing the sheet packaging material is also disclosed.
