Pouring Element for a Composite Packaging and a Composite Packaging with a Pouring Element
A pouring element for a composite packaging, in particular for a beverage carton for liquid foods, comprising a fastening flange and a pouring tube, a cutting element arranged and guided in the pouring tube, first guide means formed in the pouring tube and second guide means formed on the cutting element, wherein the first and second guide means cooperate correspondingly, and a composite packaging, in particular a beverage carton for liquid foods, with a packaging gable panel suitable for accommodating a pouring element. The first guide means is formed by a surrounding and self-contained rib.
A PACKAGE COMPRISING A DRINKING DEVICE RESTRICTED TO MOVE IN A PRE-DETERMINED PLANE
The present disclosure relates to a package for a liquid food product, the package comprising a container and a hollow body for transporting the liquid food product from the container. The hollow body comprises a first part fixedly attached to a first section of the container and a second part releasably attached to a second section of the container, such that when the second part is released from the second section the second part is pivotable around an intersection point between the first part and the second part. Further, the present disclosure includes methods for producing a package comprising a container and a hollow body, and for producing a hollow body arranged to be attached to a container.
HOLLOW BODY TO BE ATTACHED TO A PACKAGE AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAID HOLLOW BODY
This inventive concept relates to a hollow body for being attached to a container for a liquid food product, the hollow body comprising a first piece and a second piece. At least a portion of a periphery of the first piece is attached to at least a portion of a periphery of the second piece in order to form the hollow body. Further, it is presented related methods for producing a package comprising a container and a hollow body.
Closure Assembly
A closure including a base, a cutter and a cap is described which is configured to be attached to a container. Upon initial removal of the cap from the base, the cutter is configured to move downwards relative to the base so as to create an opening through the container. The portion of the container through which the cutter creates an opening may be formed of a film that is configured to be easily pierceable by the cutter. Methods of molding the closure components may include co-molding the cutter and base an in integral unit so as to facilitate and expedite assembly of the base, cutter and cap components to form the closure.
Single-Thread Screw Thread Variator Device
A screw thread variator device, provided in an opening (3) of a package, and a cap 26, provided with a plurality of protruding cutting elements (30) on the internal face 29 of the cap element 27 thereof. Said screw thread variator device is provided with a plurality of downward grooves 2c which connect to upward grooves 2f, within which internal screw thread segments (19) can pass.
LAMINATE SHEET AND PACKAGING CONTAINER SLEEVE
A laminate sheet for a packaging container having a top and a bottom each formed by folding and heat sealing a region including an end portion of a tubular body, formed by overlapping and heat sealing two side edges of a sheet material, the laminate sheet comprising: a top seal section corresponding to the top; a bottom seal section corresponding to the bottom; and a side face section, which is a region sandwiched by the top seal section and the bottom seal section, and including: an inner layer film with a water vapor barrier layer and a sealant layer; a paper substrate; and a thermoplastic resin layer, in sequence from inside the packaging container, wherein a glossy layer is disposed between the paper substrate and the thermoplastic rem2sin layer except for at least part of a region included in the top seal section or the bottom seal section.
Sheet Packaging Material for Producing Sealed Packages of Pourable Food Products
A sheet packaging material includes fold lines along which the sheet packaging material is foldable to form a sealed package containing a pourable food product. The packaging material comprises at least one base layer that imparts stiffness, at least one lamination layer applied to and covering the base layer; and a removable portion which, in use, is partly detachable from a remainder of the sheet packaging material and foldable at a folding zone to free a pour opening by which to pour the food product from the package. The removable portion comprises at least one aperture formed at least in the base layer and covered by a cover material, and the removable portion is crossed by one of the fold lines defining in use an edge between two walls of the package.
Pressure equalization apparatus for a container and methods associated therewith
A device is provided that assists with equalizing air pressure within a container with the atmospheric air pressure as liquid is being poured from the container and includes one or more relatively short air tubes. The device is provided with the ability to simultaneously equalize pressure in the container while also providing a drip collection mechanism. The device may be configured for unidirectional pouring or multi-directional pouring.
Composite pack having an elliptical laminated hole, a cardboard/plastic composite material, a blank made from this, and a pouring element for use with such a composite pack
The invention illustrates and describes a composite pack, in particular a parallelepipedal cardboard/plastic composite pack for pourable products, having an elliptical laminated hole which is provided in the composite pack gable, with an elliptical main axis and an elliptical minor axis, and a pouring element, comprising a basic body, a cutting element movably guided in the basic body and having the shape of a hollow cylinder with a cylinder outer diameter and a resealable screw cap, wherein the screw cap serves for opening the composite pack for the first time by activation of the cutting element, which thus forms a pouring opening in the region of the laminated hole and wherein first guidance means configured on the cutting element interact with second guidance means configured on the basic body. In order to create the largest possible outflow diameter, while maintaining an already existing variant of a laminated hole, or in order to optimise the system of laminated hole and cutting element below its normal limits, it is provided that the cylinder external diameter is at least as big as the length of the elliptical minor axis. This leads to the side wall of the hollow cylinder-shaped cutting element extending the laminated hole at least in sections.
SPOUT-EQUIPPED CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
To provide a spout-equipped container that is excellent in hermetical-sealing performance. The spout-equipped container includes a container and a spout. The spout includes a spout main body, an opening body accommodated in a cylinder of the spout main body, an activating body which moves the opening body, and a hermetically-sealing sheet which covers an inner opening which fronts an accommodating unit in the spout main body. The opening body is formed so as not to be get out of the spout main body, is formed so as to move toward the hermetically-sealing sheet, and has its center where a spout through hole is formed. The hermetically-sealing sheet is formed so as to be partially torn by the opening body to make the accommodating unit of the container and an outer opening of the spout main body communicate with outside via the spout through hole of the opening body, and is formed so that an accommodated substance is poured outside.
