SPOUT PACKAGING STRUCTURE OF PACKAGING BOX, AND PACKAGING BOX
A spout packaging structure includes a spout structure, a cutting element, and a cap. The spout structure includes a fixing part and a mouth part connected to the fixing part. The mouth part has a cylindrical structure and first internal threads. Each protruding tooth structure of the first internal threads is provided with first and second inclined surfaces located on two sides of the protruding tooth structure with a recessed structure between two adjacent protruding ones. The first inclined surface faces the fixing part. Within a same cross section through the mouth part's axis, the bottom of the recessed structure has a tangent parallel to the mouth part's axis, angle between the first inclined surface and the tangent is 110-145, and angle between the second inclined surface and the tangent is at least 90. The cutting element is sleeved in the mouth part with first external threads.
Resealable dispensing element for a cardboard/plastic composite package with a screw cap attached to it and method for mounting a screw cap
A resealable dispensing element for a composite package is shown and described including a main body with a flange and a hollow cylindrical spout with at least one outer thread, an opening means guided movably in the spout for opening the composite package and a resealable screw cap, having an anchor ring. The screw cap serves to drive the opening means when the composite package is opened for the first time and wherein the screw cap and the anchor ring are connected by a plurality of breakable material bridges or at least by a material anchorage for connection to the main body. The main body on the spout has at least one circumferential web for securely holding the anchor ring and wherein the anchor ring has on its inside a circumferential retaining web shaped such that it corresponds with the circumferential web, as well as a method for mounting the screw cap for such a dispensing element. In order to reliably rule out tilting of the anchor ring during the mounting process of the dispensing element, it is provided that the main body has a plurality of vertical guide ribs arranged distributed over the circumference on the spout between the outer thread and the circumferential web for uniformly stretching the anchor ring when the screw cap is applied during the mounting of the dispensing element.
Tethered cap and spout
Disclosed herein are tethered cap and spout combinations. The tethered cap and spout combinations prevent loss of the cap after opening. The tethered cap and spout combinations may provide mechanisms for puncturing or opening a seal that may be present at a throat or neck of the container which provides both an anti-tampering and freshness function. In an implementation, the tethered cap and spout combinations may provide anti-tampering mechanisms. The tethered cap and spout combinations may provide mechanisms to hold an opened and tethered cap away from the container opening during use.
Pouring Element for a Composite Package with a Cutting Element for the First Opening of the Composite Package and a Package Provided with Such a Pouring Element
Described and illustrated is a pouring element for a composite package. The pouring element includes a main body with a hollow cylindrical spout and a flange arranged at an axial end of the spout; a hollow cylindrical cutting element, guided in a movable manner in the spout, with at least one cutting tooth for opening the composite package; and a reclosable screw cap, which, when the composite package is initially opened, serves to drive the cutting element; wherein the main body, the spout, the cutting element, and the screw cap are arranged concentrically about a vertical axis and wherein the outer hollow cylinder wall of the cutting element has a screw thread, which serves as a movable guide in the spout. In order to design and further develop known pouring elements such that the forces necessary to assemble the cutting element and main body can be decreased and that the force for assembly can be reduced to prevent possible damage to parts due to high forces, the inner hollow cylinder wall of the spout has at least one internal thread having a lower thread section and an upper thread section, the upper thread section of the internal thread has a radially reduced average thread height compared to the lower thread section, and the lower thread section spans half a turn of helix rotation of the at least one internal thread on the axial end of the spout where the flange is arranged.
