An opening device for a container includes a pouring spout defining a pouring opening to pour in use the content of the container, a closing element closing the pouring opening and connected to the pouring spout by breakable connector, and a closure fitted to the pouring spout in a removable manner to close the pouring opening at a region thereof different from that closed by the closing element; the closing element is formed in one piece with a protruding portion extending through the pouring opening and welded to the closure far away from the closing element.

There is described an opening device for a package having a designated pour opening and being filled with a pourable product. The opening device comprises a contact portion and a closing element detachably and/or rupturably attached to the contact portion and configured to close the designated pour opening. The closing element comprises a central main wall and a plurality of leg elements connected to and extending from the central main wall. The central main wall comprises a plurality of radially extending ridge elements, each one being interposed between one respective leg element and a center of the central main wall and a plurality of grooves, each one extending between one respective pair of leg elements.

An opening device for a package obtained from a sheet of packaging material that comprises at least first and second layers and having a through hole through the first layer and covered by a sheet cover portion of the second layer. The opening device comprises a wall portion applied onto a first side of the sheet cover portion and defining, together with the sheet cover portion, a user-tearable portion of the package; the wall portion comprises a linear weakening slot in a part of the thickness of the wall portion and open at a second surface thereof, opposite the first surface; the linear weakening slot delimits, together with the first side a linear weakening region of the user-tearable portion; the opening device further comprises at least one pull-member to cause tearing of the user-tearable portion along the linear weakening region, and; at least one projecting linear rib element.

An opening device for a package having a pour opening comprises a closing element detachably and/or rupturably attached to a contact portion. The closing element comprises a main wall detachably and/or rupturably attached to the contact portion and a pulling device connected to the main wall to allow for exertion of a separation force on the main wall to detach the closing element from the contact portion. The pulling device comprises leg elements connected to and transversally extending from the main wall and a coupling structure connected to the leg elements. Each leg element comprises an elongated pillar extending along a longitudinal axis and at least one stiffening rib connected to a connection portion of the pillar. Each connection portion has a first extension along the respective longitudinal axis that equals or is less than half of a second extension along the respective longitudinal axis of the respective pillar.

There is described lid-spout assembly for a package having a designated pour opening and being filled with a pourable product. The lid-spout assembly comprises at least a collar, a coupling ring arranged around a portion of the collar, a lid and a connecting element connecting the lid and the coupling ring with one another. The collar comprises a first annular interaction ridge and the coupling ring has at least one flap including at least one engagement surface abutting and/or designed to abut against an abutment surface of the first annular interaction ridge. The collar also comprises a second annular interaction ridge protruding from the outer surface of the collar and being axially displaced from the first annular interaction ridge. The flap further comprises at least one contact surface designed to interact and/or interacting with a guiding surface of the second annular interaction ridge so as to direct the engagement surface towards and/or against the abutment surface.
