REPAIRABLE PLASTIC PALLET WITH REMOVABLE SUPPORT BLOCKS AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A pallet top deck, a bottom deck, and spaced apart support blocks coupled between the top and bottom decks. Each support block includes an inner wall surrounding an interior opening, an outer wall surrounding the inner wall, and a plurality of ribs extending between the inner and outer walls. A first plurality of upper tabs extend outwards from upper surfaces of the inner wall and the plurality of ribs, with each tab comprising an angled contact surface for engaging top deck tab openings in an underside of the top deck. A second plurality of upper tabs extend outwards from the upper surfaces of the inner wall and the plurality of ribs, with each tab comprising an angled contact surface for engaging the top deck tab openings. The angled contact surfaces of the first and second plurality of upper tabs face away from each other.
Injection molded component and method of injection molding
An injection molded component includes a wall that has an inner wall surface and an outer wall surface. A sensor is molded into one of the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface. A channel is at least partially surrounding the sensor.
PALLET AND PALLET SYSTEM
A pallet includes an upper frame, a lower frame, and a suspension system. The lower frame is opposite the upper frame. The upper frame and the lower frame define a distance therebetween. The suspension system is disposed between the upper frame and the lower frame and configured to provide damping between the upper frame and the lower frame.
Continuously Extruded Unitary Blank (CUBE) Pallet and Method of Making
A continuously extruded unitary blank (CUBE) has a top, a bottom, two sides and at least one webbing there between parallel to the two sides. The CUBE has a front cut end and a rear cut end which define two open face channels to accommodate the forks of a fork lift and pallet jack. Two spaces are manufactured in the two sides and in the at least one webbing to accept a lateral insertion and a lateral removal of the forks. Chamfers are manufactured in edges of the cutouts to facilitate the insertion and the removal of the forks from the pallet. Chamfers are also manufactured in the front and rear cut ends to facilitate accommodation of the forks. Voids are manufactured in the bottom to allow pallet jack wheels to pass into the pallet and rest on a surface for a lifting of the pallet from the surface.
Plastic pallet with centerline markings and associated methods
A pallet includes a top deck having a rectangular shape, a bottom deck having a rectangular shape, and spaced apart corner support blocks and spaced apart intermediate support blocks coupled between the top and bottom decks and forming a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member. Centerline markings are carried by at least one of the top deck, the bottom deck, and the corner and intermediate support blocks so as to provide a visual aid to an operator of the lifting member.
HALF PALLET
A half pallet includes a deck having opposite front and rear edges and opposite end edges. The end edges are shorter than the front and rear edges. End supports below the deck are adjacent end edges of the deck. The deck extends forward and rearward of the end supports. Each of the end supports includes a front edge recessed from the front edge of the deck and a rear edge recessed from the rear edge of the deck. Each end support prevents entry of a fork tine between the front edge of the end support and the rear edge of the end support.
Connection Management Service
Concepts and technologies are disclosed herein for providing and using a connection management service. A connection management service can receive a connection request that requests a connection between a requestor and a distributed network. The connection management service can identify a connector to provide the connection between the requestor and the distributed network. The connection management service can provide, to the requestor, an object corresponding to the connector. The requestor can invoke the object to connect to the distributed network.
Transport pallet, module and folding sheets for same, and method for producing a transport pallet
A transport pallet includes a base body, which includes an upper surface, a lower surface and feet. The base body includes a composite which exclusively has multiple modules that are similar to one another and connecting element, whereby the modules are connected to one another. Each module includes a folding sheet and a fixing element and provides a respective segment of the upper surface of the base body. The base body has exactly four modules, where each module has exactly four feet arranged spaced apart from one another, where each of which has foot lateral surfaces around a respective hollow space, and where each side has a respective lateral surface which is formed from the foot lateral surfaces of two respective feet, where the foot lateral surfaces, which form opposing lateral surfaces of modules connected to one another, rest flat against one another.
Integrated flight battery cargo platform
An exemplary integrated battery cargo platform includes a housing having an exterior surface and a structural strength to support cargo for transit on a top surface, a battery enclosed in the housing with power contacts exposed at the exterior surface.
Stack and fold dairy shelves
A pallet includes a deck supported by a central support and outer columns. Runners may connect lower ends of the outer columns to the central support. The deck, central support, outer columns and (optionally) runners may molded as a single piece of plastic. The outer columns are reinforced with reinforcement members so that the outer columns can be very thin (e.g. approximately 1 inch thick).
