Pallet construction line and assembly
An assembly and associated method for constructing a three dimensional article, such as a pallet, including a first station for feeding a sheet material in blank form, a second a second station for receiving and incising the blank, a third station for receiving the incised blank and which successively creases and folds the blank into an assembled article, and a fourth operator station for controlling each of said first, second and third stations. Also disclosed is a conveyor for removing the assembled article from the third station and transferring to a plastic coating operation.
System and method for the transport and holding of building materials
The present disclosure is directed to the transport of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items to one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces. The present disclosure is also directed to the holding of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items during transport to one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces. The present disclosure is also directed to the holding of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items on one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces.
Cargo pallet
A cargo pallet made of synthetic resin includes: a top plate and a bottom plate, each plate constituted by bonded stacked synthetic-resin boards cut into a specified shape and size; and spacers bonded between the top plate and the bottom plate which are arranged in parallel and separated by the spacers. Each board is constituted by two sheets with an inner cavity layer interposed between the two sheets. In an embodiment, ribs connecting the two sheets of one board are aligned in parallel in a first direction, and ribs connecting the two sheets of another board stacked on the one board are aligned in parallel in a second direction which is perpendicular to the first direction. The spacers are elastic spacers made of synthetic resin and having spring elasticity in a height direction.
Thermoformed hollow plastic body and method for producing it
A thermoformed hollow plastic body, which is formed by two plastic shells welded to one another around the periphery, with at least one hollow chamber, into which at least one dimensionally stable plastic body is placed, and a method for producing such a thermoformed hollow plastic body wherein a first sheet of plastic is thermoformed into a first plastic shell while forming at least one open hollow chamber. The outer contour of the plastic body is made to match an inner contour of the hollow chamber and is connected by its surface in full area contact and with a material bond to neighboring inner surfaces of the plastic shells.
Transport structure and method
A 3D Z-axis fiber composite pallet, comprising a Z-axis reinforced sandwich panel including a bottom surface with a plurality of bolted-on and/or structurally bonded blocks that accommodate forks of a forklift there between, and a tough coating applied to surfaces of the 3D Z-axis fiber composite pallet.

Container Having Dunnage Components Movable In Opposite Directions and Method of Using Same
A container for holding product therein during shipment and being returned for reuse has a base and opposite sides. The container has multiple levels of dunnage components, the dunnage components of at least one level being movable between open and closed positions to enable an operator to load and unload products more easily. The dunnage components of at least one level may have openings through which pass guides supported at least partially by the container.
Container having dunnage components moveable along guides
A container for holding product therein during shipment and being returned for reuse has a base and opposite sides. The container has multiple levels of dunnage components, the dunnage components of at least one level being movable between open and closed positions to enable an operator to load and unload products more easily. The dunnage components of at least one level may have openings through which pass guides supported at least partially by the container.
PROCESS FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF SMALL BLOCKS MADE FROM WOOD FIBERS
A process for the manufacture of small blocks made from wood fibers, including at least the following phases of: supply of one mixture of material based on wood fibers; supply of one extrusion channel and of one extruder body movable linearly by shifting within the extrusion channel along a direction of compaction; compaction of the mixture within the extrusion channel though the movement of the extruder body; extrusion and cutting of the compacted body having at least one free end along a cutting plane which is transverse to the direction of compaction at a predefined distance from the free end; wherein the predefined distance is greater than or equal to the lesser of either the first length or the second length.
