Optionally, fasteners may secure flaps of the box in corners of the deck of a pallet. An all-in-one plastic pallet is constructed as one, unitary piece of plastic material. The all-in-one plastic pallet is lightweight and is less expensive to manufacture than a typical wood pallet. The particular construction and configuration of the all-in-one plastic pallet makes the pallet nestable with other pallets of like construction, rackable for storage of the all-in-one plastic pallet in a conventional pallet storage rack, and stackable on top of products supported on a pallet of like construction without causing damage to the products.

Certain embodiments of the present disclosure describe a pallet assembly having a support assembly and a stringer. The support assembly includes a deck and a plurality of blocks that extend from the deck. The deck and the blocks are unitarily formed to create a contiguous outer shell that defines a common internal space that is filled with a support material. The blocks include extension portions that correspond to openings defined in the stringer. The extensions are received in a corresponding opening to attach the stringer to the support assembly.
