A modular pallet formed from a plurality of frame members and a plurality of deck members. The deck members extend between the frame members to define an upper deck surface and optionally a lower deck surface of the pallet. A plurality of spaced-apart channels are formed in at least an upper surface of the frame members to receive the deck members. In some embodiments the pallet may be configured as a stringer pallet and in other embodiments the pallet may be configured as a block pallet. In some embodiments the frame members are unitary stringers. In other embodiments the frame members are modular structures each comprising a block pallet subassembly and a deck support panel. The number, size, orientation and spacing of the channels formed in the frame members and the corresponding arrangement of the deck members may vary in different embodiments of the pallet. Once assembled, the frame members and deck members may be integrally connected, such as by heat welding. In some embodiments the pallet is formed from readily recyclable plastic.

A method of converting a shipping pallet for use as a building component for a environmentally green super-structure and green infrastructure including a range of building types from tent structures to homes medical facilities, classrooms, small commercial, and small industry. In one example, a hinged pallet frame is attached to an existing pallet to form a construction panel, and multiple panels are assembled and pivoted to form structures. A kit for converting a pallet comprises tubular frame elements, hinge connector elements, and leg frame elements. In other examples, new pallet-like panels are created with foam core, stress skin, and protective frames that facilitate interconnection.

A pallet for supportively carrying and transporting goods as a unit load in a stable efficient manner is disclosed. The pallet can be configured as a rigid or easily disassemblable compact collapsed structure. Interlocking frame members form an upper planar surface with one or more gap or void areas. A sheet of flexible material operatively secured to the frame is tautly stretched to overlie the void areas and forms a structural part of the upper planar surface to counteract downward load forces applied to the fabric over the pallet surface void areas. The sheet material preferably comprises woven polypropylene material.

The present invention relates to ground support equipment for aerospace engineering, and particularly relates to an assembly and test operation robot for a space station experimental cabinet. The assembly and test operation robot comprises a mobile lifting platform, a comprehensive monitoring system, a rotating clamping mechanism, a multifunctional adapter and a science experimental cabinetet, wherein the mobile lifting platform is used for regulating the horizontal position and the height position of the science experimental cabinetet to realize assembly and transportation functions of the experimental cabinet; the rotating clamping mechanism is installed on the mobile lifting platform to realize clamping and rotation functions of the science experimental cabinet; the multifunctional adapter is installed on the rotating clamping mechanism to carry the science experimental cabinet; and the comprehensive monitoring system is used to monitor the assembly state of the science experimental cabinet in real time. The present invention realizes integrated operation functions of transportation, flipping, assembly and parking in the ground assembly and test process of the space station experimental cabinet, so as to achieve the purpose of safe, efficient and accurate assembly and test of the space station experimental cabinet.

A pallet includes base members, connecting bars, and a loading plate. The connecting bars secure the base members to form a pallet frame. The loading plate is fixed on the pallet frame. The size of the pallet can be adjusted in length and width so as to be adjusted freely and conveniently according to practical requirements. An apparatus and method of use for supporting a fuel unit, the apparatus including: a frame including an attachment portion and a coupling portion, the attachment portion being configured to engage the fuel unit to thereby prevent lateral movement of the fuel unit relative to the frame, the coupling portion being configured to engage a lift table to thereby prevent lateral movement of the frame relative to the lift table; and a plurality of legs rotatably secured to the frame, each leg of the plurality of legs being configured to transition between an extended configuration and a retracted configuration, wherein the extended configuration is configured to allow a foot of a respective leg to contact a floor, wherein the retracted configuration is configured to prevent the foot of the respective leg from contacting the floor.

A support structure is disposed between the opposed end members to form an arc corresponding to a curved surface of an article to be supported by the support structure. Stillage comprising similar containers in vertical stacked apart relationship to one another. The container includes a flat load carrying surface for carrying items and corner fittings having a collar for cooperatively engaging with one end of support legs to support the container. The support leg has an external plug provided with a pocket having this spaced side walls at one end and an internal cavity surrounded by an enlarged flange at the other end. The lower end of a spacer for spacing apart two containers is received in the pocket of the support and the other end of the spacer is received within the internal cavity of the support leg which is provided with a guide for guiding movement of the spacer to adopt and maintain the correct vertical orientation to form a stable array of vertically stacked containers. The advantage of the stillage formed using the support leg and spacer is that a stable stacked array is formed enabling safe transport of items in the containers without risk of damage to the items.
