A liquid pouring member capable of effectively preventing the liquid from spouting upon opening. An inner plug includes a nozzle, a base to be engaged with an opening of a container, and a hollow cylindrical skirt. The nozzle includes a nozzle upper part extending from an upper surface of the base and a nozzle lower part extending from a lower surface of the base. The nozzle upper part includes an outlet port, and the nozzle lower part includes an inlet port. An inner passage is formed from the inlet port to the outlet port while penetrating therethrough. The nozzle lower part is formed in a radial inner side of the hollow cylindrical skirt, and includes an end portion with an inclined surface. The inlet port is formed in the inclined surface.

A method of monolithically forming a flip-top cap from a thermoplastic material and a flip-top cap for dispensing a flowable dental substance. The flip-top cap has a base from which a dropper nose protrudes and a closure. The base and the closure are hingedly connected to each other by a living hinge for pivoting between a closed position, in which the closure closes the dropper nose, and an open position, in which the dropper nose is uncovered from the closure. The method has the steps of injection molding the flip-top cap in the open position in an injection molding device and positioning the closure and the base toward the closed position while the flip-top cap is still the injection molding device.

A flip-top cap for pouches includes a skirt, a tube, a main surface, at least one warranty window on the main surface, equipped with hooking elements, a closure hinged to the skirt, and at least one warranty hook attached to the closure by at least one breakable element. In a closed configuration of the cap, the warranty hook is inserted through the warranty window and, to pass into an open configuration, the warranty hook engages with coupling elements and the breakable element and encounters breakage due to a resistance exerted by the coupling elements.

A closure includes a flip-top structure and a tamper-evident band. The flip-top structure is restricted from being opened because it interfaces against an underlying protrusion, such as a thread of a container's neck. To open the flip-top structure the closure is rotated with respect to the container neck. When the closure is rotated with respect to the container neck, the closure is configured such that the tamper-evident band breaks before the flip-top structure is permitted to rotate to an open position. Thus, the closure prevents accessing the container's contents until after the tamper-evident band is broken even with the addition of a flip-top structure.

A dispensing closure for a flowable product is provided. The closure comprises a dispensing channel having a dispensing orifice, and a separate flow control member movable with respect to the dispensing channel. The flow control member is movable from a sealed position in which it prevents product flow through the dispensing orifice and an unsealed position in which fluid can flow around and/or within the flow control member to reach the dispensing orifice.
