Flap closure
The invention relates to a flap closure comprising a closure body (1) and a flap cover (2), which are connected to one another via at least one hinge (9) and via at least one tensioning band (10) in order to achieve a snap-effect when opening and/or closing the flap cover. In the unloaded state, in a cross-section perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the at least one hinge, the at least one tensioning band (10) has at least three curved sections and a substantially straight section between two respective neighbouring curved sections, as well as not curving in opposing directions. Alternatively, in the unloaded state of the at least one tensioning band (10), in a cross-section perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the hinge, the distance from a tangent at a central line between the edges of the at least one tensioning band at a connection point of the tensioning band with the closure body or with the flap cover to the axis of rotation of the at least one hinge (9) is max. three times the size, preferably max. twice the size, more preferably max. the same size and particularly preferably max. 0.5 times the size of the thickness of the at least one tensioning band at the respective connection point. As a result, a breaking or tearing of the tensioning band rarely occurs.
Smooth pour container
Embodiments provide an apparatus and method for dispensing a fluid, the apparatus including a container capable of retaining the fluid and having a top, bottom, front surface, and rear surface; a dip tube integrally formed with the rear surface of the container, the dip tube having a first end extending toward the top and a second end extending toward bottom; and a spout member mounted to the top of the container, the spout member including a pour spout adjacent the front surface for dispensing the retained fluid and an air vent adjacent the rear surface with a supply line in connection with the first end of the dip tube for directing air into the container.
Method and Apparatus for Forming Blow Molded Vessels
Methods and apparatus for molding a vessel, such as a bottle, with a high quality sealing surface are described herein. In one embodiment, a stepped blow pin can be used to form the sealing surface of a bottle. A stepped blow pin can include a body with a distal end and a proximal end. The blow pin can include a first region that includes a first diameter and a first engagement surface. The blow pin can further include a second region that includes a second diameter. The second region can be positioned between the first region and the distal end. A transition section can be positioned between the first region and second region. The blow pin can also include a top surface position at the proximal end, and a bottom surface positioned at the distal end.

CONTAINER, CLOSURE, AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURE
In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods provided herein are useful for dispensing a fluid, such as a thixotropic fluid. In some embodiments, a bottle having a closure cap includes a flip top, a base, and a disk, where the base and disk define a mixing chamber configured to facilitate mixing of any serum or liquid separated from the fluid back therein. In some configurations, the base has a central opening through which the fluid exits and an internal shaft with a non-planar end surface opposite the central opening. In some configurations, the non-planar end surface and the disk define channels between the mixing chamber and the internal shaft. In some embodiments, the disk includes a central opening, a plurality of partial annular openings through a planar surface of the disk, and projections extending into the mixing chamber.

Closure
A dispensing closure for a flowable product is provided. The closure comprises a dispensing channel having a dispensing orifice, and a separate flow control member movable with respect to the dispensing channel. The flow control member is movable from a sealed position in which it prevents product flow through the dispensing orifice and an unsealed position in which fluid can flow around and/or within the flow control member to reach the dispensing orifice.
Massage applicator
A massage applicator for massaging cream-type fluids into the skin, provided with an end wall with a massage region, on which massage elevations are provided. The end wall is penetrated by at least one outlet channel for the cream-type fluid. The massage applicator is provided with suitable markings in the massage region for measuring the fluid to be used.
MASSAGE APPLICATOR
A massage applicator for massaging cream-type fluids into the skin, provided with an end wall with a massage region, on which massage elevations are provided. The end wall is penetrated by at least one outlet channel for the cream-type fluid. The massage applicator is provided with suitable markings in the massage region for measuring the fluid to be used.
