A system and method for dispensing sparkling and other non-pressurized beverages from a container. Sparkling wine and other beverages may be dispensed using a dispensing system that includes a stopper body that can be engaged with the container at the container opening. The stopper body may be arranged to introduce gas into the container during pouring-type dispensing, as well as re-pressurize and seal the container for storage, e.g., to keep a carbonation level of beverage remaining in the container.

A container for dispensing product includes a housing having an interior space. A rigid flip top assembly is disposed on the housing, and includes a lever, a lid, and a flange. The lid covers a dispensing orifice when in a closed position. The lever has a first end and a second end, and the lid is connected to the flange at a hinge proximate the second end. The lever longitudinally extends over a fulcrum. When a force is applied to the lever proximate the first end, the lever pivots at the fulcrum about a pivot axis, and the second end of the lever moves the lid from the closed position toward an open position.

Dual chamber fluid containers are presented including: a container assembly including: an outer sleeve having an open sleeve end and a closed sleeve end; a pair of facing chambers encompassed by the outer sleeve, where the pair of facing chambers each define a volumetric portion; and a weld ring for positioning the outer sleeve and the pair of facing chambers to define a continuous void around the pair of facing chambers; and a lid assembly including: a collar for removably coupling with the container assembly and shaped to conform with the weld ring; a handle coupled with the collar; and a pair of hinged doors hingedly coupled with the collar along a curved portion of the collar.

A cap for a drinking vessel, and particularly a shaker cup. The claimed cap can be securely attached to the drinking vessel or shaker cup to avoid leaks, and also includes a sealable opening through which the contents of the drinking vessel can be poured or drunk and a handle that is convenient for a user and which is attached to the cap in such a manner that the handle moves somewhat freely relative to the cap and the mechanism for closing the opening in the cap. Any non-integral components that come into contact with the contents of the vessel are easily detachable to facilitate thorough cleaning.

The present invention relates to a powder-type hair thickening agent storage container having a plurality of spurting holes, and to a powder-type hair thickening agent storage container having a plurality of spurting holes, the storage container having a cylindrical protrusion part, which protrudes from an upper surface thereof to spurt a powder-type hair thickening agent to an outside, and including: a barrel-shaped container part having the powder-type hair thickening agent stored therein; a packing part detachably coupled to an inside of the protrusion part, and having a discharge hole such that the powder-type hair thickening agent is spurted to the outside; and a cap part coupled to the protrusion part so as to encompass the same, and allowing the spurting amount of the powder-type hair thickening agent to be adjusted through the discharge hole.

A lid for a beverage or food container is described with a handle that includes a closure. The closure pivots relative to the handle and is biased to be in a closed position. The closure provides for the secure attachment of the lid to another object, such as a bag, a fence, etc.

A modular bottle (e.g., for holding liquid or dry storage contents) and its various assemblies, components, and structures are provided. The bottle can be flexible or rigid and is dynamically modular to be particularly useful for outdoorspeople, military personnel, travelers, pet owners, and the like. The invention relates to a container closure made of plastic having a spout with a jacket for fastening the closure to a container and for drinking out of the container, and having a lower rim and a nozzle adjoining the jacket and surrounding a pouring opening, the spout having an internal thread formed on the inner face of the jacket for screwing onto the neck of the container. A recloseable lid for closing an open top of a cup terminating in an annular upper edge includes a cup mount defining an annular channel configured to receive the annular upper edge of the cup and a cap having an annular side wall extending upwardly from the cup mount and terminating in a top having an annular floor spaced above the cup mount. A drink opening is disposed in the top and a plug assembly having a drink opening plug is provided. The drink opening plug can be selectively moveable between a closed position in which the drink opening plug is received within the drink opening for closing the drink opening and an open position in which the drink opening plug is not disposed within the drink opening. The lid can also include a plug retainer disposed in the cap and configured to retain the drink opening plug in the open position.
