The outside of at least one of the belt parts has a frictional anti-slip component. Due to the different folding states of the first belt part, the frictional anti-slip component can be formed in a hidden or exposed state. In the exposed state, the anti-slip component abuts against the garment at the outside of the waist ring belt. In this state, the frictional anti-slip component produces friction to prevent shifting.
