Swaddling sleep sack
The sleep sack can include a back panel, a front panel, and a flap. The sleep sack is used by placing the front panel over the back panel. The front panel extends from the shoulder to under the arm of the infant or toddler. The sleep sack is used by placing the flap over the front panel once placed. The flap extends from the shoulder to under the arm of the infant or toddler. The flap can be releasably attached to an outer surface of the sleep sack to adjust the compression of the torso of the infant or toddler.
Grip-Enhancing Film for Cuff Edges
Aspects herein are directed to a grip film or grip film kit comprising an edge trim portion and at least one ovoid portion. The edge trim portion may have a wave-shaped configuration in which the ovoid portion is at least partially disposed. Other aspects herein are directed to an extremity covering portion comprising the grip film on at least one opening to provide grip that may assist in maintaining the position and/or configuration of the extremity covering portion on the body of a wearer.
BLISTER-PREVENTING NONSLIP SMART SOCK
The present invention relates to a blister-preventing nonslip smart sock. The blister-preventing nonslip smart sock includes: a sock body in which a foot accommodation portion is formed; a plurality of first nonslip points which are provided on the inner surface of the foot accommodation portion; and a plurality of second nonslip points which are provided on the outer surface of the foot accommodation portion. The blister-preventing nonslip smart sock has the advantage of enabling mass production because it has a simple configuration. Furthermore, the blister-preventing nonslip smart sock has the advantage of preventing the sock from being taken off undesirably or preventing a blister from being caused because pluralities of nonslip points are provided on the inner and outer surfaces of the foot accommodation portion of the sock body, thereby preventing a slip from occurring when a user
Upper and lower torso garments having an improved band
A lower torso garment, such as a brief, includes a body having a pair of leg openings, a crotch portion between the leg openings, and a waist opening, and a waist band connected to the body and positioned at the waist opening. The waist band includes a folded fabric portion forming an inner layer and an outer layer surrounding an elastomeric band. The elastomeric band includes a thermoplastic elastomer film including a styrenic block copolymer, and is positioned between the inner and outer layers.
GARMENTS WITH INTEGRATED GRIPPING TECHNOLOGY
The garments disclosed herein have integrated gripping technology to grip the body of the wearer over large interior surfaces. The distribution of gripping technology throughout the garment gives increased freedom of body movement and reduces bulkiness over conventional garments, while also allowing for free cut edges. Furthermore, the dispersion of the gripping technology over the majority of the garment eliminates the problem of polymer strips and beading digging into the skin. Slip garment embodiments are disclosed herein that include a lower region having an interior surface with exposed elastic threads configured to directly contact the wearer. The slip garment embodiments include a free-cut lower edge. The slip garment embodiments can be constructed using cut and sew methods.
GARMENT WITH HIGHER COEFFICIENT OF FRICTION WHEN STRETCHED
A garment includes a fabric portion having an inner face that is configured to contact a wearer's body while the garment is worn. The fabric portion is configured to be stretched while the garment is worn on the wearer's body. A coefficient of friction of the inner face of the fabric portion is greater while the fabric portion is stretched on the wearer's body than while the fabric portion is not stretched.
NON-SLIP UNDERGARMENT
A non-slip undergarment is provided which includes comprising an undergarment having a top side defining a waistband, a front panel, a back panel, and a crotch line, the front panel, back panel and crotch line defining a pair of leg openings, the front panel, back panel, and crotch line together covering at least a portion of the lower abdomen and buttocks of a wearer of the undergarment. Each of the leg openings having, on the back panel, a corresponding anti-slip strip, each anti slip strip extending from the crotch line upwards only part-way along the corresponding leg opening on the back panel.
LOWER BODY UNDERGARMENT
An undergarment including a main body along with an elongated tubular and an elasticized extension. The main body of the undergarment defines a first leg opening laterally spaced from a second leg opening and includes a crotch web positioned between the first and second leg openings. The body portion of the undergarment further includes a continuous annular elastic waistband. The tubular elasticized extension is joined to and extends from the waistband of the main body portion and terminates in a continuous free annular and elasticized edge. The free elasticized and annular edge of the tubular extension is spaced from the annular waistband of the main body by a distance ranging between about 5 inches to about 15 inches.
Construction of a gripping fabric
A gripping fabric and method for construction thereof is provided. A fabric structure that defines an inner surface and an outer surface is created. The fabric structure or the gripping fabric is configured to conform to a user's body part for constructing a garment, for example, a sock. The inner surface is proximal to a user contact surface and distal to an external contact surface. The outer surface is proximal to the external contact surface and distal to the user contact surface. A gripping material is selectively applied on the inner surface and/or the outer surface of the fabric structure. The gripping material on the inner surface and the outer surface of the fabric structure adheres to the user contact surface and the external contact surface respectively, thereby providing grip between the user contact surface and the fabric structure, and grip between the fabric structure and the external contact surface.
SOCK WITH ELASTIC HEEL
An apparatus is provided for impeding a downward travel of a leg section of a sock by the use of a retainer provided about at least one of a heel of the sock and a heel opening, defined by a heel opening perimeter, of the sock, wherein the retainer impedes the downward travel of the leg section of the sock. A method is provided for the use of the retainer to impede the downward travel of the leg section of the sock.
