TAMPER-EVIDENT CONTAINER
A tamper-evident container including: a container body having a first hollow convex loop on a periphery of an opening thereof; and a lid having a second hollow convex loop and a force application structure, where the second hollow convex loop is used to engage with the first hollow convex loop, and a loop-shaped breakable line is provided on a loop-shaped top surface of the second hollow convex loop; where, when an illegitimate user applies a lifting force on any local area of the second hollow convex loop of the lid to make the local area moving upward with a displacement exceeding a threshold, a corresponding local area of the loop-shaped breakable line will be broken to show that the tamper-evident container has been tampered with.
Storage Device with Multi-Function Lid
Various products that couple with modular storage units are shown. In one example, a modular storage unit includes a detachable top panel that can itself be coupled to other objects, such as a building wall or a vehicle. The top panel includes a coupling mechanism that faces away from the building wall or vehicle, thereby allowing the housing to be coupled to the top panel. In another example, a drinking container includes a coupling mechanism to couple the drinking container to a modular storage unit.
Container
A container has an upper edge, a lateral wall extending around the circumference of the container, and an opening closed by a lid. A latching rim proximate the upper edge latches with a corresponding latching rim on the lid. The latching rims of the container and the lid, respectively, extend at least partially around a circumference of the same. The container lateral wall includes a peripheral skirt having a sub-region extending radially outwardly from the lateral wall. The lid includes a lower lid rim on the outside of the container and at least one extension extending outside the lateral wall of the container. The extension extends below the lower rim of the lid and at least partially penetrates the skirt of the container. The extension and the container include corresponding fixing devices releasable independently of the latching devices formed by the latching rims of the container and the lid.
Collapsible Food Container
A collapsible food container, comprising a collapsible container and a lid assembly, the collapsible container including an upper portion, a lower portion, and a seating wall, the seating wall coupled to a first end of the upper portion and the lower portion coupled to a second end of the upper portion opposite the first end, the upper portion being collapsible as to transition the collapsible container between an expanded state and a collapsed state, the lid assembly including a rigid collar and a rigid lid, the rigid collar removably coupled to the seating wall of the collapsible container and the rigid lid removably coupling to the rigid collar.
Receptacle Having a Tamper Resistant Locking Mechanism For Produce and Foodstuff
A produce and foodstuff receptacle is disclosed containing a tamper evident locking mechanism to lock a separate lid and container. The receptacle has a fitted corner for allowing lid and container attachment in only one position. Lid and container matching connectors allow secure and reusable attachment. After locking, only a container tab is fully detached after the receptacle is initially opened to indicate use. The lid remains fully intact after opening and hides the detached container portion underneath a locking tab platform for protection against any perforated edges. Matching connectors allow re-sealing after initial opening of the locking mechanism. The lid also contains a lid lock ledge that matches with a container lock ledge that submerges the lid into the container. The locking tab platform allows re-opening of the lid and container after use and contains a hinge for flexibility of the platform during closing and opening of the lid.
CHILD RESISTANT PACKAGE WITH MULTIPLE STORAGE COMPARTMENTS
A container including a lid, a first body, a second body and a latch is provided. The first body connects to the lid by a first hinge for pivoting between a lid closed position and a lid open position. The first body defines a storage cavity. The second body connects to the first body by a second hinge for pivoting the first body relative to the second body between a first body closed position and a first body open position. The second body defines a storage cavity. The latch is attached to the second body. The latch is transitionable between a latched position in which the latch engages the lid and prevents transitioning either the lid or the first body to the corresponding open positions.
PACKAGING CONTAINER HAVING A SECURE CLOSURE AND RETENTION ELEMENTS
A thermoformed packaging container includes a base section having a bottom surface, first and second inner and outer base side walls, and first and second inner and outer base end walls forming a chamber, with at least one outer base one side wall having a plurality of base indentations and protrusions formed therein. A cover section having a top surface, first and second cover side walls, and first and second cover end walls, the cover section adapted to cover the base section when in a closed state, with at least one of the cover side walls having a plurality of cover indentations and protrusions formed therein for engaging with the plurality of base indentations and protrusions. The container also includes a closure mechanism for securing the container in a closed position, wherein the closure mechanism is formed within at least one end wall of the base section and a corresponding end wall of the cover section.
Food container and method for manufacturing same
Provided are a food container which is formed to have a sealing moiety integrated with a lid or a container body and is not easily deformed when heated by a microwave oven or the like, so as to be capable of keeping a sealed state, and a method for manufacturing the food container. A food container 10 has a container body 11 having, in the upper surface thereof, an opening 111, and a lid 12 fittable to the container body 11 to close the opening 111. In the lid 12 or the container body 11, a sealing moiety 13 is located which makes the periphery of the opening 111 in a sealed state under a situation that the opening 111 is closed by the lid 12. The sealing moiety 13 includes an elastomer composition which includes a hydrogenated styrene based block copolymer A that has a weight-average molecular weight of 100,000 to 500,000, a softener B for rubber that has a weight-average molecular weight of 500 or more, and an olefin based resin C, and which has a hardness A of 5 to 70 both inclusive, and a compressive permanent strain (CS) of 60% or less at 100° C. over 24 hours. The sealing moiety is formed to be integrated with the lid or the container body, and the lid 12 or the container body 11 includes a polypropylene.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONTAINERS WITH LOCKING LUG AND RECESS
Thermoformed locking assembly comprising a first web portion including locking lug having lug undercut defining a cantilevered lug ledge having lug engaging surface, second web portion including locking recess having recess undercut defining an opposing recess ledge having recess engaging surface and a lug stop opposite the recess undercut. Locking recess configured to receive locking lug and lug stop configured to position locking lug in locking recess with the lug engaging surface in engagement with the recess engaging surface when first web portion is moved towards second web portion.
CHILD RESISTANT AND AIRTIGHT CONTAINER
Disclosed herein are modular container systems having child-resistant containers, tray inserts and tray frames. Also disclosed are methods using the modular container systems and methods of storing substances in containers. The containers have a container base and a container cap and provide for child-resistant containers. A user can releasably remove the container cap from container base with a squeeze and lift sequence. For example, the user squeezes opposite sides of the container base, which releases a locking mechanism and allows for removal of the cap by lifting or pulling the container cap off from the container base. The components of the modular container system are modular and stackable. The modular system allow for organized, efficient, accessible and storage of the child-resistant containers. The modular container system also allows for easy counting, sorting and processing of the containers.
