Method of Producing a Packaging Container with a Closure and Release Mechanism
An apparatus and method for manufacturing a container with a closure-release mechanism. The process in particular relates to thermoforming a plastic sheet to form a container with a clam shell locking system in order to facilitate a secure closure and easy opening packaging container. The clam shell locking arrangement comprises a post which is secured in an aperture when the container is in closed state. The post is a projection or protrusion in a vertical or nearly vertical sidewall of the cover of the thermoformed package and fits securely into the aperture, which is a cut-out made in the outer, and optionally also the inner, wall segments of the vertical or nearly vertical surfaces of the base section of the thermoplastic containers.
CONTAINER APPARATUS
A container apparatus having at least one containment member is disclosed that may include a bottom and at least one sidewall, an interior and an open end. The container may also include a flange that extends around a free end of the at least one side wall, and a plurality of wall members (or castellations) connected to/formed with/that extend from the flange. The plurality of wall members may be separated by ventilation apertures, with the plurality of wall members and the ventilation apertures extending around the perimeter of the free end. A sealing material, such as a removable film, may extend over the open end to enclose the containment member.
TOILET PLUNGER HOLDER AND TOILET PLUNGER SET
A toilet plunger set includes a toilet plunger holder and a toilet plunger. The toilet plunger includes a cover, a base and connecting structures. The base has a base panel and an annular base wall. The annular base wall is formed by extending upwardly from an outer periphery of the base panel. A toilet plunger accommodating space is provided between the cover and the base to accommodate a toilet plunger. The toilet plunger can rest on the base panel. The connecting structures are configured to connect the cover to the base. The toilet plunger holder of the present disclosure is easy to manufacture and convenient to assemble, is releasable, portable and transportable, and is firmly assembled.
Ventilated container apparatus
A container apparatus having at least one containment member is disclosed that may include a bottom and at least one sidewall, an interior and an open end. The container may also include a flange that extends around a free end of the at least one side wall, and a plurality of wall members (or castellations) connected to/formed with/that extend from the flange. The plurality of wall members may be separated by ventilation apertures, with the plurality of wall members and the ventilation apertures extending around the perimeter of the free end. A sealing material, such as a removable film, may extend over the open end to enclose the containment member.
PACKAGE WITH LOCKING MECHANISM
A package includes a base, a lid, and a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism includes an arm and a flexible member. The arm extends from the lid and has a first engaging structure. The member includes a flexible rib connected to a base floor, and a second engaging structure and a contact structure on a rib outer surface. The member flexes in response to a first force applied in a first direction to the contact structure and relaxes in response to absence of the first force. The member engages the first and second engaging structures based on the member being relaxed while the lid is closed. The member disengages the first and second engaging structures based on the member being flexed while the lid is closed. The lid may be opened based on applying a second force to the lid in a second direction while the member is flexed.
Packaging container with secure closure and release mechanism
A packaging container includes a base section having a U-shaped perimeter wall and a cover section having a cover outer wall, the cover section adapted to cover the base section when in a closed state. The packaging container includes a closure mechanism including an aperture formed within an outer wall segment of the base section and a projection extending inward from the cover outer wall for engaging the outer aperture of the base section. The closure mechanism retains the cover section over the base section and securing the packaging container in a closed position, wherein an obstructive member obstructs movement of the inner wall segment of the base and prevents the projection from being released from the outer aperture. A release tool is provided for being inserted between the cover outer wall and the base outer wall, wherein the release tool is adapted to move the cover outer wall outwardly to release the projection from the outer aperture, thereby opening the packaging container.
Child resistant packaging container with closure and release mechanism
A child resistant packaging container having a closure and release mechanism is provided having a base section and a cover section, with the cover section adapted to cover the base section when in a closed state. The closure and release mechanism includes an inner aperture formed within an inner wall segment of the base section and an outer aperture formed within an outer wall segment of the base section, which is aligned with the inner aperture. A projection extending inwardly from a side wall portion of the cover section is also provided for engaging the outer aperture and the inner aperture of the base section. Thus, the closure and release mechanism retains the cover section over the base section and secures the packaging container in a closed position. The projection is released from the outer aperture by depressing a deformable flange and applying inward pressure to the outer wall, thereby opening the packaging container.
Thermoformed packaging container with closure and release mechanism
A thermoformed packaging container includes a base section having a bottom surface and spaced apart inner and outer wall segments with a base rim therebetween. The outer wall segment has a deformable flange extending laterally and outwardly therefrom. A cover section includes a top surface, a cover rim, and a side wall portion, wherein cover section adapted to cover said base section when in a closed state. The packaging container includes a closure and release mechanism including an aperture formed within said outer wall segment of the base section, a projection extending inwardly from the side wall portion of the cover section operable to engage the aperture. The closure and release mechanism retains the cover section over the base section and securing the packaging container in a closed position. The projection is released from the aperture by depressing the deformable flange, thereby opening the thermoformed packaging container.
CONTAINER FOR PACKING A FOOD
An embodiment relates to a food packaging container including a main body having a first rim portion provided at an upper edge thereof, and a cover having a second rim portion provided at an edge thereof, and a recessed groove formed in a bottom surface of the second rim portion so that the first rim portion is inserted into the recessed groove.
