Brassiere cups and methods of manufacturing the same
A brassiere cup for a bra is disclosed. The cup comprises an inner foam-fabric layer which is in contact with a wearer's skin. The cup further comprises an outer spacer fabric layer and a middle plastic underwire. The outer spacer fabric layer is arranged on an outer side of the inner foam-fabric layer, the side being distal from the wearer's skin; and the middle underwire is sandwiched between the inner foam-fabric layer and the outer spacer fabric layer at the lower region. The outer spacer fabric layer comprises at least two fabric layers between which a support containing fusible yarn is sandwiched.
Bra with warmer pockets
A bra including a front with a right cup, a left cup, a right strap, and a left strap, at least one pocket in each of the right and left cups that are shaped and dimensioned to accept warming inserts, a back, and sides connecting the right cup to the back and the left cup to the back.
QUICK ADJUST CORD LOCK
The present disclosure is directed to various embodiments of a quick adjust cord lock. The cord lock includes a base portion and a cap portion. The base portion includes a base outer protrusion and a base inner protrusion. The cap portion includes a cap outer protrusion and a cap inner protrusion. The base inner protrusion has a plurality of holes configured to receive a first cord and a second cord. A first pressure is applied to the first cord and the second cord between the cap outer protrusion and the base outer protrusion. A second pressure is applied to the first cord and the second cord by the cap inner protrusion.
ADJUSTABLE SUPPORT GARMENT WITH HARNESS SYSTEM
A harness system for adjusting support of a garment is provided herein. The garment with a harness system includes a body and a liner having harness straps. The harness straps slide through openings in shoulder straps of the body. The harness straps are then laced through a series of maintainers in the back of the body. The harness straps having terminally-located tabs that may be pulled from the back of the body toward the front of the body and affixed thereto. The placement of the tabs, when pulled toward the front of the body and attached thereto, determines the fit and support of the garment. By manipulating the tabs of the harness system, a wearer may adjust the length of the harness straps, back and posture support, and the lift provided by the liner. The harness system creates a customizable fit and support level.
Support Garment
Aspects herein are directed to a support garment that includes a number of features configured to provide a high level of support to a wearer's breasts while being comfortable to wear. The support garment includes a Y-shaped layer affixed to an inner surface of a front portion of the support garment that helps to limit upward movement of a wearer's breasts. The support garment also includes foam pads having a uniform thickness and a plurality of apertures located at side portions of the support garment and configured to limit lateral movement of the wearer's breasts. The support garment also includes an underband that is zoned to be breathable and permeable at a front center of the underband while still providing support to an under portion of the wearer's breasts.
Bra with Pad Insert
Aspects herein are directed to a pad insert configured to be removably positioned within a pocket space formed in a breast covering portion of a support garment. The pad insert has a perimeter shape that includes one or more concave edges, and one or more linear edges. The pocket space of the breast covering portion has a perimeter shape that is substantially the same as the perimeter shape of the pad insert. Thus, when the pad insert is positioned within the pocket space the concave edges of the pad insert align with concave edges of the pocket space, and the linear edges of the pad insert align with linear edges of the pocket space. The result of the configuration described is that the pad insert is “locked” into place within the pocket space which prevents the pad insert from shifting and/or rotating during wash and wear.
BRASSIERE ADAPTED FOR PRACTICING SPORTS
The invention relates to a brassiere (1) with reinforced support adapted for practicing sports and in particular of the type comprising a front part (2a) comprising two cups (3) for covering the bust (4) of a user (5), a dorsal fixation band (6) which is basically connected to the outer edge (7) of each of the cups (3), and a pair of straps (8) for running over the shoulders (9) of the user (5), which brassiere (1) is characterized in that the front part (2) comprises at least: a central anchoring structure (10) to which the straps (8) are attached and towards which these straps (8) converge; a lower support band (11) extending under the cups (3) approximately from an outer edge (7) to the other edge of these cups (3), a central support band (12) extending between the cups (3) from the lower support band (11) toward the central anchoring structure (10); and two lateral support bands (13) extending laterally from the side of the outer edges (7) of the cups (3) at least from the lower support band (11) to the central anchoring structure (10) towards which they converge; and in that the central anchoring structure (10) and the lower (11), central (12) and lateral (13) support bands form an inextensible support framework in order to be adjusted to the bust (4) in order to keep it approximately in place when practicing of sports.
Seamless Double Layered Porous Woven Structure
A seamless double layered porous woven structure comprises a seamless circular inner layer structure and a porous outer layer structure. The outer layer structure is weaved upon the seamless circular inner layer structure to provide a seamless double layered tubular structure, which is further gaited together with yarns at the edges of the double layered tubular structure. The inner layer structure is made of circular weaving process while the outer layer structure is made of warp weaving process. There are several porous regions and jacquard regions at the outer layer structure.
GARMENT INCORPORATING AQUEOUS POLYURETHANE DISPERSIONS HAVING ALTERED STRESS PROFILE
Articles, such as garments, including films comprising dried aqueous polyurethane dispersions are disclosed, whereby the garment has an altered stress which is exhibited during wear of the garment. The film may be bonded to the fabric of the article to provide a fabric or film laminate.
SPORTS BRA SHOCK ABSORPTION EFFECT EVALUATION METHOD AND SYSTEM
A sports bra shock absorption effect evaluation method includes: allowing a subject to wear a sports bra for an experimental test, adhering a total of 43 infrared reflective mark points on the body, and completing preparation; allowing the subject naturally to stand on a treadmill, and acquiring static coordinate data; starting the treadmill, acquiring dynamic coordinate data for 5 minutes in sports when a speed in sports reaches 6-12 km/h, and immediately asking a subjective perception of the subject after doing sports; converting the dynamic coordinate data into coordinate data in which a thoracic vertebra point is defined as an origin, and calculating a square root index S of displacement amplitude data in the left-right direction and the up-down direction; and numerically sorting the displacement amplitudes according to the square root index S, and corresponding to subjective perceptions one by one to obtain hierarchical definitions for an existing bra.
