In a differing embodiment, the body is further comprised of at least one shoulder strap. The device is further comprised of at least one cup that simulates the shape and size of a natural breast. The cup can be adhered to the breast of a user and then further secured to the breast by placing the body of the device over the cup when the body is worn as a bra. In one embodiment, the body is comprised of a convex area that further receives the cup. In differing embodiments, the device may have one or two cups to accommodate users who have had a single or a double mastectomy.

A method for retaining an organ in an expanded state may include applying at least one force to the organ to place the organ in the expanded state; applying a passive stent to an external surface of the organ; and applying a vacuum to the passive stent sufficient to cause a plurality of components of at least one layer of the passive stent to interlock, where the at least one layer is configured to maintain the organ in the expanded state after interlocking.

At least one duct disposed proximate to one of the at least two front panel sections is in fluid engagement with the outlet of the deformable reservoir. At least one nozzle disposed upon an end of the duct distal from the deformable reservoir operatively conveys the fluid from the duct to the upper torso, chest and neck area of the wearer.
