At least a portion of the top surface of the first shaped form includes an overlap region for receiving a layering portion of the second shaped form thereover.

At least a portion of the second surface is configured to provide removable attachment to a user's skin. A mechanical connection associated with the body is configured to provide removable attachment of the body to the brassiere. The first surface is disposed adjacent the brassiere when the body is attached to the brassiere.

A breast wedge support apparatus includes a top portion adapted to support an underside of a breast; a bottom portion adapted to rest on an upper abdomen underneath the breast; a curved front portion between the top portion and the bottom portion, wherein the curved front portion is curved in a similar manner as the breast; and a back portion between the top portion and the bottom portion and opposite from the curved front portion, wherein the back portion rests between the underside of the breast and the upper abdomen.

Some embodiments of the invention include a backless and strapless bra including a pair of cups, each cup configured to accommodate a user's breast. The cups of this bra are made with a four way stretch material used to lift each breast. Each cup may include a bottom edge configured to align with a bottom portion of the user's breast, a top edge configured to align with a top portion of the user's breast, an adhesive layer, a backing layer, and optionally a fastener configured to engage with a complimentary fastener on the other cup.

A bra comprised of separate left and right breast support members where each breast support member comprises a section of flexible sheet material formed to define a concave cavity and having tabs projecting radially outwardly from the cavity rim. Each breast support member defines a rear facing surface encompassing the cavity and tabs, which carries a pressure sensitive adhesive for adhering to a user's skin. The concave cavity constitutes a cup for accommodating the user's breast while the tabs enable the user to readily manipulate the support member for optimally positioning the user's breast relative to the cut of a deep plunge garment.
