Method and System for Manufacturing Customized Breast Prosthesis, Computer Program and Computer-Readable Record Medium for Same, Customized Breast Prosthesis, and Customized Correction Brassiere
The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a customized breast prosthesis in such a manner as to perform three-dimensional scanning of user's body and apply the same shape, the same volume, and the same density as the actual breast to have the same weight, a system for manufacturing the same, a computer program and computer-readable record medium for the same, a customized breast prosthesis manufacture by the above method, and a customized correction brassiere for accommodating the customized breast prosthesis.
Bustier garment with support structures having a plurality of layers
A bustier garment may have first and second support structures that are housed within a housing. The first and second support structures may be positioned within the housing such that each of the respective support structures correspond to a position between a center and a bottom of a wearer's first and second respective breasts when the bustier garment is worn by a wearer. In one embodiment, the bustier garment may include first and second support structures that are positioned and oriented within a housing such that the respective first and second support structures are substantially perpendicular to a vertical midline of the garment and/or substantially parallel to a lower edge of the garment.
COMPOSITE YARN, FABRIC THEREOF AND BRASSIERE
A fabric includes an inner textile layer, an outer textile layer, and a middle textile layer. The inner textile layer includes a plurality of microfiber yarns and a plurality of elastic fiber yarns. The outer textile layer includes a plurality of composite yarns. The middle textile layer is between the inner textile layer and the outer textile layer and has a plurality of wave-like polyester fiber yarns. Further, the outer textile layer includes a first weaving region and a second weaving region. The content of the composite yarns in the first weaving region is greater than the content of the composite yarns in the second weaving region.

Leak-Proof Maternity Bra and a Fabric-Made Leak-Protection Pad
Leak-proof maternity bra and a fabric-made leak-protection pad. A bra includes two fabric-based cups, configured to cover breast of a human wearer. At least one of the two fabric-based cups includes therein an internal fabric-based Passepartout framing element, integrally attached to an internal side or the fabric-based cup in which it is attached. The internal fabric-based Passepartout framing element is configured to hold in place a fabric-based leak-protection pad. The pad is formed of multiple layers, including: a first layer formed of high-wicking or quick-wicking fabric; a second layer which is a high-absorbency knit structure; a third layer which is a breathable membrane; and a fourth layer which is a pad-lining polyester element.
BRA, BRA CUP, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A bra cup for a bra includes an inner layer of material configured to face a wearer's breast when the bra is worn and an outer layer of material configured to face away from the wearer when the bra is worn. An outer face of the inner layer of material is adjacent an inner face of the outer layer of material. A thin polymer web is disposed on the outer face of the inner layer of material. A bra including the bra cup and a method of manufacturing the bra cup are also disclosed.
NURSING BRA WITH PINCH-FREE SUPPORT
A nursing bra with pinch-free support includes a bra body. A front side of the bra body is provided with two cup structures. The bra body includes a W-shaped support. The W-shaped support is located below the cup structures to support the cup structures. Straps and the cup structures of the bra body are connected or disconnected through nursing clips. The straps of the bra body are connected to top ends of a back side of the bra body. In the nursing bra with pinch-free support, the W-shaped support provides a supporting force for the cup structures to prevent breasts from sagging, avoids the nursing bra from moving up when hands are raised, and avoids lumps and inflammation of breast tissues caused by the compression of underwires.
Fused brassiere
A fused brassiere having an elastic outer fabric; an elastic lining bonded to the outer fabric compressed against an inner surface of the outer fabric to form first and second pocket portions; first and second cup-shaped pad portions inserted into the pocket portions, respectively; and a core member formed in a region between the pocket portions and in a circumferential portion of the pocket portions and disposed between and bonded together when the outer fabric and the lining are compressed against each other. The core member includes connecting portions which surround and connect lower and upper portions of the pocket portions to each other. The cup-shaped pad portions include first and second breast points, respectively. The connecting portions surround the pocket portions so that when viewed from the front, opposite ends of a first connecting portion are disposed higher than the first and second breast points, respectively.
Anti-Wrinkle Breast Support Pad
A breast support pad for supporting the upper breast when the wearer of lingerie is lying on one side, the breast support pad place-able generally inside and against the central portion of the lingerie between the two curved portions and away from the other portions of the lingerie, the breast support pad comprising a body having a front face with a think vertical section and a back face adapted to conform with the chest of the wearer between the breasts, the back face comprising a concave cavity on each side of a centrally located vertical surface, each concave cavity adapted to conform to and support either breast when the wearer lies on one side.
Bra assembly
Bras and methods of forming bras suitable for nursing activities and closure assemblies that are convenient to manipulate. The bra assembly includes a pair of breast cups that are secured to a torso band. A first closure assembly is disposed between each breast cup and the torso band and extends in a lateral direction generally below a respective breast. A second closure assembly includes first and second portions that are each secured to a respective breast cup. The first and second portions of the second closure removably cooperate with one another such that each breast can be selectively exposed by lateral outward translation of the respective breast cup. Another aspect of the invention includes a closure assembly that reduces the number of clasp associations that must be manipulated to effectuate the opening/closing of the bra assembly.
