Multi-layer nursing garment
The present invention teaches a multi-layered nursing garment. The multi-layered nursing garment includes breasts support having a pair of breast cups, shoulder straps and a chest band. Each breast cup is comprised of two or more layers. Further a clasp for attaching an outer removable layer with a shoulder strap and a clip is configured for attaching another, inner layer. The invention provides a number of combinations of clips, clasps, and layers but which a breastfeeding woman can selectively open the nursing garment to accomplish breastfeeding and/or milk pumping from either breast, and has the capacity to engage in said events simultaneously.
Garment integrated dry electrode for vital signal and electromyography sensing
Embodiments of the disclosure provide systems and methods for wearable dry electrodes for collecting biometric information. According to one embodiment, a dry electrode bio-sensor can comprise one or more conductive pads comprising electrodes of the dry electrode bio-sensor and one or more connectivity traces coupled with each of the one or more conductive pads. The connectivity traces can provide electrical connections for one or more of power to the one or more conductive pads or signals comprising biometric information from the one or more conductive pads. A backing can be coupled with and can retain the one or more conductive pads and the one or more connectivity traces. The dry electrode bio-sensor can comprise an electrocardiography (ECG) sensor, a respiration sensor, a PhotoPlethysmoGram (PPG) sensor, a temperature sensor, an electromyography (EMG) sensor, or another biometric sensor.
Piezoelectric substrate attachment structure, sensor module, moving body, and protection body
A piezoelectric substrate attachment structure including a press section pressed by contact, a piezoelectric substrate provided adjacent to the press section, and a base section provided adjacent to the piezoelectric substrate on an opposite side from the press section. The following relationship Equation (a) is satisfied:
da/E′a<db/E′b (a) wherein da is a thickness of the press section in a direction of adjacency to the piezoelectric substrate, E′a is a storage modulus of the press section from dynamic viscoelastic analysis, db is a thickness of the base section in the adjacency direction, and E′b is a storage modulus of the base section from dynamic viscoelastic analysis.
Electrical connector
An electrical connector includes a male element and a female element configured to form a rivet for fastening the electrical connector to a piece of material; and a neck washer, which has a washer portion and a neck portion and which is configured to be placed between the male element and the female element of the rivet. The washer portion is configured to form an electrical connection area for an electrical conductor of the piece of textile and the neck portion is configured to electrically connect the washer portion to at least one of the male element and the female element. The electrical connector can be used independently of the position of the electrical conductor in relation to one or more layers of materials in the piece of material.
Conductive Knitted Fabric Article and Method of Making the Same
A fabric article (100) comprising a continuous body of knitted fabric (100). The continuous body of fabric (100) comprises: a base component (101) comprising a plurality of courses of nonconductive yarn and a sensing component (107) comprising a first conductive region (109). The first conductive region (109) comprises at least one course of conductive yarn. The fabric article 100) is manufactured using a knitting machine comprising first and second needle beds. One or both of the first and second needle beds are used to knit the base component (101). The first needle bed is used to knit the first conductive region (109). A second conductive region (111) may be knit using the second needle bed. A conductive pathway (113) connecting the first conductive region (109) to the second conductive region (111) may be knit using the first or second needle bed.
