Rolling-Unrolling Device For A Protective Cover
A rolling-unrolling device for a protective cover for covering a surface to be protected is presented. The device is self-propelling and includes a braking system for blocking the rotation of at least one drive wheel of the carriages and causing the cover to be automatically tensioned during the rolling up thereof on the roller tube. This braking system includes a movable pawl integral with each of the carriages, and a ratchet wheel integral with the drive wheel of each of the carriages, such that, in the direction of rotation corresponding to the unrolling of the cover, the pawl is not engaged with the ratchet wheel and the braking system is in the passive position, and in the opposite direction of rotation corresponding to the rolling up of the cover, the pawl is engaged with the ratchet wheel and the braking system is in the active position.
FORCE ADJUSTABLE UNIVERSAL DISPLACEMENT TENSIONER
The invention discloses a force adjustable universal displacement tensioner, including a suction cup assembly 1 and a housing 2; outer gear spring cover 3, coil spring covers and a rope puller 4 are arranged in the housing 2 coaxially through a coil spring shaft; coil springs are disposed in both the outer gear spring cover 3 and the coil spring cover; a pulling rope is disposed on the rope puller 4; one end of the pulling rope which extends out of the housing 2 is connected to a handle 5.
Unidirectional wire take-up mechanism
A unidirectional wire take-up mechanism includes a fixing seat, a reel, a spindle, a unidirectional bearing, a bearing sleeve, a damping bounce member, and a positioning shaft. When the curtain is pulled down, the unidirectional bearing is locked, and the reel links the spindle through the bearing sleeve to rotate counterclockwise. When the spindle is rotated, the spindle and the damping bounce member generate a frictional force to form a damping effect, thereby providing a reaction force when the wire is released and offsetting part of the gravity of the curtain and effectively slowing down the speed and impact force when the curtain falls. When the curtain is rolled up, the reel links the bearing sleeve to rotate clockwise relative to the spindle, and the spindle and the damping bounce member have no relative movement, and the rotation has no resistance.
Spool device and related methods
Implementations of spool devices may include a frame including an anchor, the anchor configured to directly couple to a belt of a user, an axle coupled through the frame, and a first spool coupled over a first portion of the axle. The first portion of the axle may extend entirely through the first spool. The spool device may also include a second spool coupled over a second portion of the axle. The second portion of the axle may extend entirely through the second spool. The spool device may also include a first spool handle directly coupled to an outer wall of the first spool, a second spool handle directly coupled to an outer wall of the second spool, a first hose roller directly coupled to the frame, and a second hose roller directly coupled to the frame.
Pipe deployment reel adapter shaft systems and methods
Techniques for implementing a pipe deployment system that includes a pipe reel, in which the pipe reel includes reel ends and a reel drum and the pipe reel enables a pipe segment to be wrapped on the reel drum. The pipe deployment system includes a brake assembly with a brake wheel having a shaft socket keyed with flat inner surfaces, and a shaft adapter assembly, which includes an adapter head to be coupled between the pipe reel and the brake assembly. The adapter head includes an adapter shaft keyed with flat outer surfaces, in which the adapter shaft matingly interlocks with the shaft socket and is to be partially inserted through a reel end of the pipe reel, and a rotation control pin coupled to the adapter shaft, in which the rotation control pin is to be inserted between adjacent reel spokes in the reel end of the pipe reel.
Retractable Leash With Improved Locking And Unlocking Mechanism
A retractable leash with improved locking and unlocking mechanism, having a housing; a spool disposed inside the housing and biased towards the winding direction; a braking means; a locking means rotatable between a locking position to stop rotation of the spool towards the unwinding direction and an unlocking position; a biasing means which biases the locking means towards the unlocking position; a press button pivotable between a pressed position and a released position; an actuating means rotatably engaged with the press button and the locking means between a default position and an actuating position; and a sliding button having an upper portion exposing on the upper portion of the press button and a lower portion extending downwards through the press button into the housing.
Fall protection device and safety belt base thereof
A fall protection device and its safety belt base. The fall protection device adapted to be connected to a safety belt includes a frame, a shaft, and a safety belt base, wherein the frame has a receiving place. The shaft is disposed on the frame. The safety belt base fits around the shaft and is located in the receiving place. The safety belt base includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion has a ring, and the second portion has a sleeve and a reinforcement portion connected to the sleeve. The sleeve is surrounded by the ring and is adapted to be connected to the safety belt. The reinforcement portion is embedded in the ring. With the reinforcement portion, the structural strength of the safety belt base could be reinforced, and the first portion and the second portion could be prevented from disengaging from each other.
TENSIONING DEVICE FOR A WIRED ENERGY AND/OR DATA TRANSMISSION PATH
A tensioning device for a wired energy or data transmission path includes a winding drum, a cable guide wire stored on the winding drum, and a spring accumulator. The winding drum is rotatable by an electrical drive for winding and unwinding the cable guide wire. The spring accumulator is operably exerting a resilient tensile force on a wire portion unreeled from the winding drum.
Hose reel brake apparatus
A hose reel apparatus has a frame and a drum rotatably attached on the frame for receiving a hose wound thereon. A drive system and brake assembly are attached on the frame operatively engaged with the drum. An indexer is slidably mounted on a guide rail on the frame having a channel for receiving the hose and adjacent clamp arms which are selectively operable to clamp the hose.
Inversion Unit With Expandable Carrying Handles And Removable Wheelbase
An inversion unit assembly is provided that is releasably connected to a wheelbase such that the inversion unit can be quickly removed from the wheelbase and carried separately from the inversion unit. The assembly includes a lining drum having a cylindrical body having an open end and a viewing opening. The lining drum includes two inlets for for compressed air and an outlet for liner. The lining drum drum also includes a rotatable wheel secured to an internal shaft for which which the liner can be released from the drum in a controllable fashion. The assembly also includes a wheelbase that can be separated from the inversion lining drum wherein the wheelbase includes a plurality of locking mechanisms and wheels.
