By separating the overlapping constituents, an opening is created, aligned with the wearer's genitalia. This opening enables convenient urination without the need to remove or significantly lower the garment. An open seat leggings with curtain is fastenerless clothing that covers at least a portion of the lower, and in some embodiments upper, body of the wearer and possesses a flexible seamed opening in the crotch portion that is concealed by a curtain portion. The open seat leggings possess no in-seam, may vary in length, and may further include crus portions having specifically performing seams or stich lines. The curtain portion may comprise a separate removable article of clothing that overlies the open seat leggings or a permanently affixed portion wherein its top edge is stitched into the waistband of the open seat leggings.
