Vertical wall webbing installation method and system
A system and method of installation for installing a rolled sheet material on a vertical or near-vertical surface are described. Specifically the system and method of installation are useful in the construction industry where heavy rolls of sheet materials must be precisely installed on walls and other vertical surfaces that can be several stories high. The system includes a rolled material spool holder with mounting hardware to allow mounting of the spool holder to a piece of construction equipment along with a spool director, which is also mounted to the piece of movable construction equipment, such as a scissor lift. The method of installation involves positioning the scissor lift along the wall in the desired start location and the desired starting height. The operator affixes the start of the roll to the wall and then drives the scissor lift along the wall, which causes the roll to unwind due to the movement of the scissor lift, while an additional worker affixes the roll to the wall at the desired intervals.

An automatic supply and replacement device of an electrode plate for manufacturing a secondary battery, includes: an electrode plate supply unit for supplying a circular electrode plate to an electrode plate transfer unit, where the electrode plate supply unit includes a rotary axis installed at a lower portion to be rotatable at 360 degrees, a support unit supporting the rotary axis, a first guide rail installed at a lower end of the support unit and moving the entirety of the electrode plate supply unit horizontally, a second guide rail moving the entirety of the electrode plate supply unit forward and backward, a first holder at an upper end of the rotary axis and inserted with a core of the circular electrode plate, a first push stick pushing the circular electrode plate held on the holder, and the circular electrode plate held on the first holder.
SECONDARY BATTERY ELECTRODE FILM AND SEPARATOR SUPPLY DEVICE
A secondary battery electrode film and separator supply device configured to: replace a bobbin when an electrode separator is used up by automatically extracting an empty bobbin from a spool, mounting the empty bobbin on a side of a bobbin mount of a bobbin changer, changing the position of a new bobbin mounted on another side by rotating the bobbin mount 180 degrees, and then moving and mounting the new bobbin on the spool; automatically extracting an end of a wound electrode separator through vacuum suction and connecting the end to another electrode separator; and feed a replacing material roll to a moving spool, cut a finishing tap at an end of a material by a predetermined length, and then automatically connect a new separator end of the replacing material roll and an in-use separator end through taping.
FLOATING MAT LAUNCH, RETRIEVAL, AND STORAGE APPARATUS
An apparatus to launch, retrieve, and store a recreational floating mat is described. The apparatus can provide the advantages of helping to ease the potential difficulties associated with launching, retrieving and storing recreational floating mats from dock side, pool side or from a floating vessel such as a boat or floating dock.
Material strip processing system
A material strip collection mechanism coiling fed material strip on a reel includes a vertically positioned reel bracket rotatable about a vertical axis between a first configuration and a second configuration. The mechanism further includes a first arm holding the reel and a second arm each rotatable to drive the reel and coil the material strip on the reel. With the reel bracket in the first configuration, the first arm is in a material strip collection position to allow the material strip to be coiled on each empty reel held by the first arm to form a full reel, while the second arm is in a standby position to allow the full reel held by the second arm to be replaced with a new empty reel.
