COMBINATION NURSING ARTICLE
A combination nursing article includes a first piece and a second piece. The first piece may include an upper portion, a lower portion, and an empire waist between the upper and lower portions. The upper portion may include an upper inner layer configured to extend around a bust of a wearer. The second piece may include an upper outer layer configured to be worn as a camisole bra over the upper inner layer. The second piece may also include an elastomeric band configured to extend over the first piece, below breasts and around a torso of the wearer. When worn, a lower edge of the second piece is configured to be lifted and pulled upwardly to expose an upper edge of the upper inner portion and the upper edge of the upper inner portion is configured to be pulled downwardly to expose a nipple for nursing.
NURSING GARMENT
A nursing garment for use by a nursing woman includes two releasable panels, each panel having opposed ends. At least one of the opposed ends of each panel is selectively releasable thereby exposing at least one breast of the nursing woman. The released panels provide coverage for breastfeeding and pumping activity.

Medical assistive devise holder for life support and life sustaining lines and devices
This Medical Assistive Device Holder for Life Support and Life Sustaining Lines and Devices secures multiple tubes at the same time to prevent dislodging them from the patient making safe handling of an infant possible in Skin-to-Skin Contact while maintaining an intact delivery system whether, IV, ET, NG, PIC/Central lines, O.sub.2 delivery and monitoring lines, etc. which makes it unique to preemies and NICU infants facilitates the additional benefits, hemodynamically and neurologically, for infant and mother in Skin-to-Skin Contact strengthening the immune system and neuro development often stunted in the premature or touch deprived infants not to mention reduction in stress levels (and hormones) of mother and infant. This Medical Assistive Device Holder for Life Support and Life Sustaining Lines and Devices is easily adapted for toddler and child through adult applications.

Nursing garment
In accordance with one or more embodiments herein, a garment suitable for nursing is provided. The garment comprises an outer layer and an inner layer extending below the outer layer. The inner layer comprises an inner layer front section and an inner layer back section that are attached to each other at least at the sides, and the outer layer comprises an outer layer front section and an outer layer back section that are attached to each other at least at the sides. The inner layer and the outer layer are attached to each other in at least one point above the lowermost edges of the sleeve openings of the inner layer, and the outer layer comprises a lower edge arranged below the lowermost edges of the sleeve openings of the inner layer, so that a breast can be accessed through one of the sleeve openings of the inner layer by lifting the lower edge of the outer layer. The garment facilitates breastfeeding, since an outer layer which is not attached to the inner layer at the sides is easy to lift in order to access a breast through one of the sleeve openings of the inner layer.

Device For Holding A Portion Of A Shirt In A Lifted Position, And Methods Of Using Same
A device for extending around and securing a portion of a shirt in a lifted position is disclosed. The device can include a sleeve having a length along a longitudinal axis. The sleeve can define a slot that extends along an entirety of the length of the sleeve along the longitudinal axis. The sleeve can have opposed longitudinally extending edges on opposed sides of the slot. The sleeve can be resiliently elastically compressible about and between an open configuration and a closed configuration. In the open configuration, the opposed longitudinally extending edges can be spaced along a transverse axis that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. In the closed configuration, the opposed longitudinally extending edges can be drawn inwardly toward or past each other along the transverse axis. A fastener that can be configured to secure the sleeve in the closed configuration.
Lactation system and method
A lactation system is disclosed. Embodiments include at least one extraction mechanism including a compression mechanism and a collection mechanism, and a controller. The compression mechanism can include a plurality of manipulable members, each operably coupled to an actuator and arrangeable circumferentially about a breast of a user such that each member can be actuated to selectively apply pressure to a region of the breast. The collection mechanism can be removably coupleable to the compression mechanism and can comprise a storage compartment to receive and store milk The controller can be operably coupleable to the actuators to cause the members to move according to a movement pattern which can be configured to stimulate the breast to induce the flow of milk from the breast and modulated based on sensor feedback. A wearable garment with an inner structure can be removably coupled to the extraction mechanism. An outer cover can be arrangeable to conceal the extraction mechanism.
